Artykuł jest poświęcony aspektom utrzymywania jakości produktów rolnych w kontekście procesów integracji Ukrainy i krajów europejskich. Wśród czynników zewnętrznych mających wpływ na jakość produktów priorytetem jest krajowa kontrola bezpieczeństwa żywności. Jej zadaniem jest ochrona konsumentów, wspieranie rozwoju handlu oraz zapewnienie wzrostu i rozwoju strategicznie ważnego sektora przemysłu. Celem przeprowadzanych reform jest spełnienie standardów europejskich, co ma się przełożyć na poprawę jakości i konkurencyjności produktów spożywczych zarówno na rynkach krajowych, jak i zagranicznych.

This article presents an analysis of the modern aspects of the quality of industrial production in Ukraine. Among the external factors influencing the quality of agricultural products, priority status is a national system of food safety control, the operation of which is aimed at protecting consumers, facilitating trade and ensuring the growth and development of strategically important sector of the industry. Completion of reforming this system to comply with European requirements will improve the quality and competitiveness of food products both in domestic and foreign markets.

Object present article is examining powers and of direction of influence of quality of products on demand. New thinking about quality in circumstances of market system shoulded to take into account fact, that quality of products has to be shaped according to needs of future user. This customer defines own required level of quality, which one is in a position to accept. Every deviation from formulated this way requirements drives to fall of demand, and this of oneself takings and of profit. From second side also producer can put into port on formation consumersdecision about purchase, using two variable instrumental, on which has influence. A search for find part of quality and prices in decision process of consumer and producer is one from basic circumstances of leadership rational policies of quality in firm - is this of principle aim of article.
