The paper describes the subject of innovation process planning. It bases on secondary and empirical research carried out in Polish enterprises within last two years. Basing on interviews experiences from more than twenty enterprises, which find themselves in the top of innovation chart, were gathered. It was noticed that innovation management process approach is associated with a horizon of management, to which innovation refers: long-term, middle-term, short- term. The conclusion is the base of the proposed classification. In every research example of processes of various categories were analysed. The research made possible to realise that all innovation processes were planned although the range of planning decisions and the formality of plans were versatile and was connected with the category of innovation process. It is the base of a proposed model of innovation processes planning. The issue of it is a permanent decision undertaking and its systematical precising. Such an approach results from specifics of innovation processes. The completion of following phases of the process results in limitation of the originally high level of insecurity. This dependence determines a successive undertaking of planning decisions. The determined model is supposed to support the management of innovation processes. Although its implication in practice of functioning companies demands a proposal of adequate solutions refering to decision-making problem. In order to apply this model in practice it was suggested to use supportive tools in appropriate planning decisions. They base on well known and commonly practically applied measurement technics of quality management system.

W pracy podjęto temat praktycznego zastosowania metody zdarzeń krytycznych (ang. Critical Incidents Technique) w warunkach organizacji świadczącej usługi produkcyjne. Metoda CIT jest wprawdzie wykorzystywana do oceny jakości procesu usługowego, jednakże zazwyczaj realizowana jest w warunkach usług ogólnospołecznych lub też konsumpcyjnych. W artykule zaprezentowany został kwestionariusz badań opracowany dla usług remontowo-modernizacyjnych, procedura realizacji badań oraz opisane zostały rezultaty uzyskanych danych.

The work undertakes practical application a method of critical events - called Critical Incidents Technique (CIT) - in terms of production services organization. CIT is used to assess the quality of service, but usually is also performed under general social services or consumer goods. The article presents research questionnaire developed for the repair and modernization services. Testing and implementation procedure are described as a results of obtained data.

As a result, author presents the main definitions of quality and logistics service quality. Later, author investigates the main evaluation models and measures of logistics service quality which are known in the literature. In the next step, there are presented obtained quality analysis results in comparison with the knowledge about the case company present condition. The chosen case company is one of the biggest transport and logistics service providers operating in Poland.

W artykule autorka skoncentrowała się na określeniu metod umożliwiających ocenę jakości usług. W tym celu scharakteryzowano usługi i etapy ich powstawania. Kolejnym krokiem było przybliżenie pojęcia jakości usług. Następnie wyjaśniono, dlaczego jakość usług może być postrzegana z wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej perspektywy i zgodnie z tym podziałem wybrano metody umożliwiające ocenę jakości usług.

In this paper the author concentrates on describing the methods enabling assessment of service quality. In order to attain it, services and stages of their development were characterized. The next step was to reflect upon the notion of service quality. Then, it was explained why service quality cannot be perceived from the internal and the external perspective, and with regard to this division, the methods enabling assessment of service quality were selected.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę jakości energii elektrycznej. Dokonano przeglądu aktów normalizacyjnych związanych z pojęciem oraz pomiarem parametrów jakości energii elektrycznej. Opisano i porównano kilka możliwych konfiguracji systemów do pomiaru tych parametrów pod kątem zastosowania oraz kosztów. Przedstawiono również możliwość rozbudowy i ewaluacji systemu w kierunku zastosowania wielu modułów rosproszonych, przesyłających dane za pomocą różnych mediów transmisyjnych (sieć rozległa, sieć telefonii komórkowej, sieć energetyczna) do serwera.

The issue of power quality was resented in this article. Review of norms connected with idea and measurement of power quality parameters was made. A few configuration of measurement systems for researching these parameters from aplication and cost of construction point of view was presented. Posibilities of development and extension of measurement systems was showed for using many dissipation systems. These systems can communicate by means of different transmission media (for example WAN, cellular phone and power network) into server.

We intend to point out the interest in using Zipf law in wide field of image analysis. We will show how it is possible to adapt it to image analysis. There are many applications; here we are concerned with the image compression field and we are more particulary focusing on a new definition of a quality measurement of an image obtained after a decompression process. First we will propose a coding mode of an image using some neighborhood of each pixel and the Zipf law will be presented. Then some significant compresions can be achieved between different images. A ststistical study of the patterns present in the image allows a characterization of the information contained in the images so that a measurement of information modification is made possible. We define two quantitative parameters, on indicates the structure of the image whereas the second indicates high content information. The example of the image of a landscape is used to illustrate the influence of the compression rate.
