Purpose: The aim of the paper is to analyze the team innovation processes in industrial enterprise. Design/methodology/approach: Critical literature analysis. Analysis of international literature from main databases and polish literature and legal acts connecting with researched topic. Findings: The publication concentrate on problems connected with various aspects of team innovations. In the paper we presented the system of interactions which exist between negotiators in team especially from innovativeness point of view. Also we analyzed problems connected with team creativity and boasting it because team creativity is indispensable to boast innovativeness in industrial company. On the basis of the literature analysis it can be pointed out that the satisfying level of innovativeness can be achievable without appropriate level of creativity. To enhance it within company we need to give the people enough freedom and appropriate leadership adjusted to the culture of people. Also it is important to integrate creativity concepts and methods enhancing creativity into day-to-day operation of the organization. The organization should careful plan the division of the resources between innovative tasks. Originality/value: Detailed analysis of all subjects related to the problems connected with team innovation in an industrial enterprise.

Purpose: The aim of the paper is to analyze the innovations in Industry 4.0 conditions. Design/methodology/approach: Critical literature analysis. Analysis of international literature from main databases and polish literature and legal acts connecting with researched topic. Findings: The publication concentrate on problems connected with various aspects of relations between Industry 4.0 and innovativeness. In the paper we presented the main presumptions of Industry 4.0 concept and it’s nowadays usage. In the second part of the paper there is an analysis of main trends of today Industry 4.0 implementation approaches and innovativeness. Especially there is an description of main innovative trends of 2021 described from Industry 4.0 relations point of view. Also the paper deals with the social innovation aspect of Industry 4.0. There are very interesting and innovative concepts that can be used in today business environment and also governments. Some of them like universal basic income are a bit controversial but it needs to further more detailed analysis if it is possible and could benefit to the society. Other trends can be for example: new forms of employment or new types of organizational culture. Originality/value: Detailed analysis of all subjects related to the problems connected with the innovations in Industry 4.0 conditions.

By integrating human creativity and intuition with advanced machinery and technology, Industry 5.0 promises to create a more sustainable, flexible, and socially responsible manufacturing environment that delivers higher quality products and more meaningful jobs. Purpose: The aim of the paper is to analyze the innovations in design thinking. Design/methodology/approach: Critical literature analysis. Findings: It could be pointed out that exist the relationship between design thinking and the organizational innovativeness. Design Thinking began it’s important role especially when start-ups were start to increase in the global market. Nowadays this method plays important role as a part of dynamic, agile action on the world stage and in various sectors of business from teaching to building IT systems. Because of that method can be used as a boast in innovative activities in many sectors. The publication describes main relations between design thinking and innovations and give an overview of the tools used in design thinking to boast innovativeness. Originality/value: Detailed analysis of all subjects related to the problems connected with the innovations and design thinking.

Purpose: The main purpose of the article is to present, based on the literature on the subject, the essence of the innovative potential and innovative activity of a company as generators of innovative processes. Design/methodology/approach: The study used the methodology developed by Eurostat and OECD, as presented in the Oslo Manual. Findings: The empirical part presents, using statistical data, the innovative activity of Polish industrial enterprises in the years 2017-2019. Originality/value: The survey of industrial and service enterprises was conducted between 2017 and 2019, and its results were published in 2020. The results of the study can be used in strategic decisions of enterprises in the field of innovative activities of Polish industrial enterprises.

The theoretical aim of the paper is to analyses the main function and concept of production control in operation management. The empirical aim of the paper is to investigate polish production firm opinion about factors affecting production planning and control and also functions of production planning and control. Production control is very important in every factory, and every aspect of operation and production management especially in times of Industry 4.0 conditions. In the paper we presented all classical seven task of production management control. Also there is in the paper an analysis of main factors affecting production control in industrial organization. In the paper we analysed the problems connected with production control. Nowadays in the conditions of Industry 4.0 this is very important concept because the increasing level of digitalization of all industrial processes leads to possibility of detailed analysis of all processes and better level of control. Operation managers should have good level of knowledge about production control and especially quality control. They can use in this many new information tools like statistical methods and artificial intelligence. Especially we think that in the future many function of production control would be assisted by artificial intelligence. We also in the paper give results of research conducted on example of 30 polish production organizations located in Silesia region.

Presented paper concentrate on problems connected with the function of operation management within the company. Operation function is responsible for producing products and delivering services. But it needs support and input from others areas of the organization. The aim of the paper it to analyze on the basis on inter-national the main functions of operation management. We can distinguish seven main functions of operation management in the industrial enterprise: planning, scheduling, purchasing, controlling, quality control and inventory control. In each of those fields operations managers should conduct many decision affecting of-organization effectiveness.

Implementing social responsibility activities (CSR) towards sustainable development (Sustainable Development) is one of the issues that businesses pay special attention. The study selected research scope in Hanoi, Vietnam. Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the influence and the degree of influence of the corporate social responsibility factor on the sustainable development of industrial small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Hanoi, Vietnam. The study carried out a survey of 182 industrial SMEs allocated according to different business sectors and territories in Hanoi. The research results showed that the social activities of enterprises have a positive influence on the sustainable development of industrial small and medium-sized enterprises in Hanoi, besides other factors such as: Conscious innovation; Finance; Human resources; Local support policies and the manufacturing.Objectives of the study: This study aims to evaluate the impact of corporate social responsibility factors on the sustainable development of small and medium industrial enterprises in Hanoi, among other factors such as: Manufacturing technology; Business's resource enterprises; Innovation; Local support policies.

Presented paper concentrate on problems connected with the role of operation manager within industrial company. Operation management concentrate many activities in today’s industrial corporation and because of that the role of it’s manager is very important. He should to have many skills described in this paper. We analysed responsibilities of the operation manager, his basic operational skills and also give some examples of duties and responsibilities of good operation manager on the example of food industry. This example can give some remarks about practical skills needed in operation management in particular enterprise.

The increasing pressure of globalisation on the worldwide market has forced enterprises to shift their focus from product quality to effectiveness of internal business processes. The object of interest of this paper is a modern management approach based on corporate performance evaluation by measuring the performance of internal processes. The paper aims to prove that the use of modern indicators and the measurement of internal processes belong among factors that have a direct positive impact on corporate performance. To reach the aim, empirical primary research was carried out. The paper focused on research results regarding the use of modern indicators for the measurement of business processes in Slovak industrial enterprises from selected branches. The primary quantitative research was conducted using questionnaires. The research aimed to test the hypothesis stating that enterprises using modern indicators to measure process performance have been reaching more positive ROE values, representing a basic indicator of corporate performance. Dependences among the data selected from the empirical research were analysed using statistical methods, namely, the chi-squared test, T-test and the correlation analysis. Based on the statistically processed data, the authors concluded that business processes are a basic source for the evaluation of corporate performance. Higher ROE values can be reached using modern process indicators, especially in mass production enterprises. The paper contributed to the further development of knowledge in performance management, specifically, process-oriented management.

Audyt energetyczny jest kluczem do uporządkowanych działań w zakresie podejmowania decyzji związanych z zarządzaniem energią w przedsiębiorstwach przemysłowych. Silniki elektryczne stanowią największą grupę odbiorników przemysłowych i mają największy udział w zużyciu energii elektrycznej w przemyśle. W artykule zostaną przedstawione następujące problemy dotyczące między innymi: sformułowania zadań audytu energetycznego silników elektrycznych w przedsiębiorstwie przemysłowym, opis procesu audytu, identyfikacja korzyści wynikających z audytu, opis zasad wyboru rodzaju audytu, sformułowania celów audytu oraz wyboru narzędzi audytu oraz metod analizy zebranych danych w aspekcie analizy oszczędności energii. Omówione zostaną również doświadczenia innych krajów UE w tym zakresie. Należy mieć na uwadze, że tylko prawidłowo przeprowadzony audyt energetyczny silników elektrycznych decyduje o efektywności zarządzania energią w przedsiębiorstwie, której miarą ekonomiczną są: zmniejszenie kosztów dostarczanej energii i paliw oraz wzrost wyniku finansowego.

The energy audit is key to systematizing possible actions when decisions regarding energy management in the industrial enterprises are undertaken. Electrical motors are the largest group of industrial receivers, which account for a major share of electrical energy consumption. The article will present the following issues: setting out the task of the energy audit of electric motors in an industrial enterprise, description of the audit process; identification of benefits resulting from the audit; description and choice of particular audit types; setting out the aims of the audit, and choice of audit tools and methods to evaluate the collected data to determine energy saving opportunities. The experiences regarding those matters of other EU countries will also be discussed. It is important to notice, that the energy audit of electric motors, only when carried out correctly, can influence the effectiveness of power management in an enterprise and therefore lead to improvement in economic measures such as: decrease of expenses related to the supplied power and fuels, and improvement of the financial result.

Studying the macroeconomic management is an integral part of economic growth because it causes the increasing wealth, and analysis of the factors determining it, can explain the differences in the level and pace of development in different countries. Special research interest causes the characteristics of macroeconomic management, economic growth and its relations with current account. Despite the improvement of current account balance there is a decline in international investment position. With the immanent volatility of the world economy it is of a special interest the management of economic factors on current account in a national economic system that is functioning in the frame of common macroeconomic environment (The EU). We analyze the impact of macroeconomic factors on the current accounts in Slovakia and Poland.

Studiowanie zarządzania makroekonomicznego jest integralną częścią wzrostu gospodarczego, ponieważ powoduje wzrost zamożności i analiza czynników determinujących go, może wyjaśnić różnice w poziomie i tempie rozwoju w różnych krajach. Szczególne zainteresowanie badawcze wpływa na charakterystyki zarządzania makroekonomicznego, wzrostu gospodarczego i jego związków z rachunkiem bieżącym. Pomimo poprawy salda obrotów bieżących odnotowano spadek w międzynarodowej pozycji inwestycyjnej. Przy immanentnej niestabilności gospodarki światowej, szczególnie interesujące jest zarządzanie czynnikami ekonomicznymi na rachunku obrotów bieżących w krajowym systemie gospodarczym, który funkcjonuje w ramach wspólnego otoczenia makroekonomicznego (UE). Analizujemy wpływ czynników makroekonomicznych na rachunkach bieżących na Słowacji i w Polsce.

W artykule przedstawiono wymagania prawne w zakresie bezpieczeństwa związanego z użytkowaniem parku maszynowego w przedsiębiorstwach przemysłowych, w tym branży hutniczej. Zestawiono wymagania prawne, których obowiązek spełnienia spoczywa na pracodawcach lub producentach. W opracowaniu przedstawiono obszary, w których zaobserwowano problemy związane z niespełnieniem wymagań ustawodawcy. Analizie poddano maszyny przeznaczone do obróbki metali.

This paper presents the possible application of GRIP NC programming language in order to optimise a manufacturing process. The possible optimization could be provided in Siemens NX Software with use of .Net programing language, SNAP libraries or GRIP NC language supported up to current version. Simplicity of use is a main advantage especially in situation when industrial company starts applying automated optimization in a technological process preparation. Automation should be considered also in order to manage with multi machine processes. In the proposed solution there is an algorithm that executes the loop until parameters, trajectory and strategy of cutting satisfy the set ranges. The software application could be extended for other types of manufacturing. Simultaneously the result of manufacturing process is important according to quality of surface, and chip removal process.

Działanie każdego przedsiębiorstwa polega na transformowaniu zasobów w wyniki w sposób korzystny ekonomicznie. Aby proces ten mógł zachodzić, podmiot gospodarczy musi dysponować dostępem do zasobów, nad którymi kontrolę sprawują różne grupy jego interesariuszy. Interesariusze wyznaczają również ramy instytucjonalne, w których zachodzi proces transformowania zasobów w wyniki, co oznacza, że kształtują warunki w jakich przedsiębiorstwo działa. Interesariusze są wreszcie beneficjentami lub poszkodowanymi tego procesu, czerpiąc pożytki z aktywności przedsiębiorstwa bądź ponosząc koszty z nią związane. Specyfika sektora chemicznego polega na tym, że we wszystkich tych trzech obszarach (zasobów, regulacji i skutków) działające w nim podmioty są silniej uzależnione od swoich interesariuszy i mocniej wpływają na ich sytuację niż ma to miejsce w wielu innych sektorach. Dlatego odpowiednie zarządzanie relacjami z interesariuszami ma w ich przypadku tak duże znaczenie.

Przedsiębiorstwa są ważnym ogniwem łańcucha logistycznego. W każdym przedsiębiorstwie, a tym bardziej przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym czy też przemysłowym, w sferze produkcji są realizowane pewne procesy, które można usystematyzować. Procesy te są niezwykle ważne dla działalności całego przedsiębiorstwa, a od ich skuteczności zależy często rentowność danej firmy. W artykule zaprezentowano definicje dotyczące przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych w ujęciu systemowym, a następnie przedstawiono i opisano procesy produkcyjne oraz wytwórcze przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych z naciskiem na przedsiębiorstwa przemysłowe. Rozdział pierwszy artykułu został poświęcony na przedstawienie najważniejszych pojęć związanych z systemem, systemem produkcyjnym przedsiębiorstwa oraz modelem produkcji. Pokazano w nim również wzajemne relacje i zadania poszczególnych podsystemów przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego oraz rolę i wpływ otoczenia na jego działalność. Drugi rozdział artykułu natomiast omawia najważniejsze procesy produkcyjne i wytwórcze w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym, ich struktury oraz obowiązujące kryteria klasyfikacji.

Enterprises are an important link of every logistical chain. In any company, let alone a production or industrial company there are certain processes carried out in the sphere of production that can be systematized. These processes are extremely important for the activities of the entire enterprise, and the profitability of the given company often depends on their effectiveness. The article presents the definitions of the manufacturing companies in the systemic approach, and then the production processes are presented and described as well as manufacturing one of the production companies with an emphasis on industrial companies. Chapter One of the article has been devoted to the presentation of the most important concepts related to system, production system of the company and production model. It shows also the mutual relationships and roles of the different sub-systems of the manufacturing company, and the role and influence of the environment on its business. The second chapter of the article discusses the most important production and manufacturing processes in a manufacturing company, their structure and the applicable classification criteria.
