W artykule zaprezentowano wielokryterialny model zapotrzebowania materiałowego w kopalni węgla kamiennego. Model zbudowano opierając się na historycznych wielkościach zużycia materiałów i przyjęto dwa kryteria decyzyjne. W artykule założono, że zużycie każdego z materiałów jest ciągłą zmienną losową o znanym rozkładzie prawdopodobieństwa. Założono, że całkowite koszty materiałowe są ograniczone. Zagadnie-nie rozwiązano za pomocą programowania celowego. W rezultacie otrzymano dwa rozwią-zania niezdominowane. Do wyboru ostatecznego rozwiązania zastosowano podejście teorii gier. Przedstawiono model problemu wielokryterialnego w postaci gry niekooperacyjnej oraz przeanalizowano ją pod względem rozwiązania stabilnego, rozumianego w różnym sensie.

The multicriterial model of demand for materials in coal mine is presented in the work. The model is built on basis of historical data of material consumption (per ton of coal production) and there are considered two criteria. There is presumed in the work that volume of i-th material consumption is a continuous random variable with known distribution. In proposed model it is also assumed that costs of materials order volume are limited. Considered problem with the two criteria is solved by using goal programming and as a result two non-dominated solutions are received. The game-theoretical approach to multicriteria decision problems is used to choose the final solution. This part of work deals with multicriteria discrete (finite) decision problem as a game between the criteria – the game is played in DM’s mind. The game is analyzed using non-cooperative stability definitions and concept of risk dominance.

W artykule przedstawiono metody wspomagania podziału wygranej w grach kooperacyjnych z wykorzystaniem programowania celowego w sytuacji, gdy ustalony z góry sposób podziału okazuje się nieracjonalny po zawiązaniu koalicji. Nieracjonalność rozumiana jest w sensie takim, że ustalony podział nie należy do rdzenia gry. Metodę przedstawiono na przykładzie ustalenia podziału zysków z realizacji przedsięwzięcia przez cztery oddziały przedsiębiorstwa.

In the paper an idea of supporting method based on goal programming for establish winnings for the players in cooperative game is presented. The problem is considered in case when ad hoc arrangement is irrational in meaning that the allocation of winnings is outside the core of the game. There is example of proposed method as profit distribution problem of four departments in enterprise presented.

The generation of priority vectors from pairwise comparison matrices is an essential part of the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Apart from the well-known Saaty's right eigenvalue method various other procedures have been proposed for priority modelling. Two most important alternative approaches are the statistical estimation techniques and methods based on constrained optimization models. In the paper a new goal programming model for deriving priority vectors and for measurement of consistency is proposed. In this approach the idea of goal programming is combined with the idea of Saaty's eigenvalue method. Some features of the method are studied via computer simulations.

W artykule przedstawiono i zanalizowano problem zarządzania zasobami w służbie zdrowia. Omówiono podstawowe zagadnienia w procesie alokacji zasobów medycznych. Zaprezentowano przykłady zastosowania wybranych metod: programowania matematycznego (liniowego, całkowitoliczbowego, celowego, sieciowego), teorii kolejek, modelowania symulacyjnego, systemów hybrydowych oraz standardowych metod kosztowo-efektywnościowych do analizy zagadnień, związanych z podziałem zasobów w systemach opieki zdrowotnej. Przedyskutowano użyteczność tych metod do rozwiązywania szczegółowych problemów dotyczących zarządzania zasobami medycznymi.

Various issues referring to general problems of resource allocation in the area of healthcare were discussed in the article. Fundamental questions regarding the process of allocating healthcare resources were pointed out. The topics were presented according to the categories of methods used to potentially solve these problems. The following approaches were considered: chosen methods of mathematical programming, queuing theory, simulation, hybrid algorithms combining, among others, artificial intelligence and other techniques, as well as standard cost-effectiveness methods. Such methods were applied to the following problems: analyzing the current state of health care units and presenting proposals of changes to such systems. The modifications suggested referred to: allocation of material resources, planning the work schedules of medical personnel and patient admission. The question of determining the effectiveness of various medical strategies was also discussed. The article clearly underlined the importance and complexity of the problem of managing healthcare resources.

The author of this work shows situations when proposed approach could be used.
