W systemie oceniania eksploatacyjnych procesów trakcyjnych - jako szczeble zdobywania wiedzy o ocenianych procesach - wykorzystano abstrakcje sztucznej inteligencji (AI) i pojęcia sztucznych sieci neuronowych (ANN). W związku z powyższym, podjete zadanie kreacji oceny staje się zagadnieniem wartościowania w zakresie oceniania elektromechanicznych procesów trakcyjnych ze względu na zaburzenia ruchu.

Ewaluation of electromechanical traction processes, from the point of view of motion disturbances is realized within a self-organizing procedure of identification and classification of evaluation system input information on the base of exploatation process variable measurements. Within the system of the process evaluation in the case under discussion it means that that classes of input information sample vectors are not a priori known. The question of the electromechanical traction process evaluation connected with creation of monitored process data bases concerns making conclusions with use of categories and attributes essential to computer information processing systems characterised with artificial intelligence. Non-supervised classification and supervised classification are the base for realization of neuron-type processor structure intended for evaluation of electromechanical traction processes. The process under evaluation is a result of exploitation of real technical system the input/output dynamic characteristics of which depend on: disturbances being an effect of parameter changes following from decision process of control, disturbances being an effect of parameters changes depending on time and system exploatation conditions as well as on inner feedbacks and nonlinearities immament in the system.
