Context of the organization in ISO 9001:2015

The aim of the paper is to analyze the question connected with the context of the organization in the organization implemented ISO 9001:2015 system. In the paper we described the elements of the context of the organization and their influence on the activity of the firm, the needs and expectations of the interested parties and methods for monitoring the needs of the interested parties. The external and internal issues relevant to an organization are determined during management reviews. Top management assigns monitoring issues to appropriate process owners for monitoring. The process owner should monitor the issues and prepare appropriate reports indicating the methods and results of the whole monitoring process. If feasible, appropriate metrics are also advised for presenting the results.

Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja ryzyka, szans i zagrożeń organizacji w systemie zarządzania jakością oraz identyfikacja krytycznych zmiennych dla doskonalenia zarządzania ryzykiem w organizacji w kontekście wymagań standardu ISO 9001. Podejście oparte na ryzyku jest istotne do osiągnięcia skutecznego systemu zarządzania jakością. W badaniach wykorzystano analizę studiów przypadków. Badaniem zostało objęte przedsiębiorstwo odlewnicze, które posiada wdrożony system zarządzania jakością oparty na wymaganiach normy ISO 9001.

The aim of the study is to identify the risk, opportunities and threats of the organization in the quality management system and to identify critical variables to improve risk management in the context of the ISO 9001 standard requirements. The risk-based approach is important to achieve an effective quality management system. The case study analysis was used in the research. The study covered the Enterprise Foundry, which has implemented a quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001.
