Przedmiotem artykułu jest ocieplanie dachu i stropu. Autorka omawia rozwiązania najczęściej stosowane w starych budynkach. Analizuje wady stosowanych dawniej technologii, które porównuje z rozwiązaniami stosowanymi obecnie, takimi jak stropodachy wentylowane oraz dachy skośne, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ociepleń połaci dachowych oraz wiatroizolacji. Pochyla się także nad zagadnieniami ocieplania stropów poddasza oraz termoizolacji dachów i stropodachów.

The subject of this article is roof and ceiling insulation. The author discusses the solutions most often used in old buildings. He analyses the shortcomings of the technologies used in the past and compares them with the solutions used today, such as ventilated flat roofs and pitched roofs, with particular emphasis on the insulation of roof slopes and wind insulation. He also deals with the issues of insulating attic ceilings and thermal insulation of roofs and flat roofs.

W artykule omówiono zmiany wymagań izolacyjności cieplnej w zakresie wartości współczynnika przenikania ciepła przegród zewnętrznych. Omówiono problem zwiększania grubości izolacji dla różnych wariantów przegród. Przedstawiono wyliczenia koniecznej grubości dodatkowej izolacji termicznej na przykładowych ścianach w kolejnych etapach wprowadzania wymagań rozporządzenia w sprawie warunków technicznych.

The article discusses the changes in the requirements concerning thermal insulation performance, i.e. heat transfer coefficient, for external space dividing elements (building envelope). There is a discussion of the issue of higher insulation thickness for various envelope options. Calculations are presented for the required thickness of extra thermal insulation on example walls further into the implementation of the requirements of the Regulation on the technical requirements.
