Procesy logistyczne w toku realizacji przedsięwzięć budowlanych, stanowią istotny element systemu produkcji budowlanej. Zatem winny być postrzegane jako determinanta sukcesu tych przedsięwzięć. Trzeba jednak zauważyć znaczącą rolę przedsiębiorstw budowlanych, jako wykonawców robót budowlanych. O szczególnym splocie celów przedsięwzięć i ich wykonawców – przedsiębiorstw budowlanych – decyduje specyfika produkcji budowlanej. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie charakteru produkcji budowlanej, realizowanej na placach budowy, w której procesy logistyczne mają szczególną rolę. W celu zdiagnozowania sposobu prowadzenia procesów logistycznych przeprowadzono badania ankietowe 55 przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. Badania wykazały znaczące uczestnictwo przedsiębiorstw budowlanych w prowadzeniu procesów logistycznych, a co za tym idzie ponoszenie w dużej mierze kosztów logistycznych i podejmowanie ryzyka logistycznego. Metoda „just in time” jest wprowadzana w celu minimalizacji czasu realizacji przedsięwzięć budowlanych. Z kolei jako największe zagrożenie wynikające ze stosowania tej metody przedsiębiorcy wskazywali trudności w synchronizacji harmonogramów budowlanych i harmonogramów dostaw zasobów produkcyjnych.

Logistics processes are an essential component of the construction projects. Therefore, they should be treated as a determinant success of these projects. It should be noticed an important role of construction companies, as building contractors. About particular connection between project targets and targets of the project contractors - construction enterprises - decides a specificity of the building production. An aim of the article is to present a character of the construction industry, implemented on construction sites, in which logistics processes play a special role. In order to study a way of conducting logistics processes it was conducted 55 surveys of construction companies. The research has revealed a significant participation of the construction companies in conducting logistics processes, and thus covering the costs of logistics and taking the risk of logistics. A "just in time" (JIT) method is used in order to minimize duration of construction projects. On the other hand, as the greatest threat coming from a use of this method, companies indicated the difficulties in synchronization of construction schedules and delivery schedules of production resources.

W artykule zaprezentowano ideę zarządzania procesowego w odniesieniu do przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. Przedstawiono zidentyfikowane zbiory procesów realizowanych w przedsiębiorstwach projektowych i wykonawczych oraz sposób wizualizacji procesów. Zaproponowano również metodykę oceny procesów poprzez pryzmat działań innowacyjnych.

This article describes the concept of process management as it relates to firms in the construction industry. It presents identified sets of processes taking place within both design and construction firms, and a method for visualization of such processes. Methodology is also proposed for the assessment of processes through the lens of innovative actions.

Purpose: of the presented paper is meant to explain the necessity of implementing the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System and using the proper methods of estimating the technological processes, which takes into account not only the final products but also the environmental influences and occupational health and safety; in this case in the steel wire production. Design/methodology/approach: applied for the survey has covered the integrated opinion of technological processes based on the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety criterion and using the Integrated Risk Ratio to estimate the risk connected with occurrence of nonconformities, environmental aspects and threats to occupational health and safety in the analyzed processes. Findings: of the carried out researches are as follows: the realization of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety policy by the integrated methods of technological processes estimation and in accordance with the proposed models results in the improvement of analyzed productive processes of steel wire rod, and in consequence - to their optimization both in the range of view of products' quality and in the aspect of quality of environmental influence and occupational safety. Practical implications: refers to the application in the steel wire production of the technological model and model of operational control lowering the Integrated Risk Ratio. Originality /value: of the presented paper has been achieved by application of the new methodology concerning the usage of integrated methods of technological processes estimation, including the Integrated Risk Ratio.

Zapewnienie prawidłowego przebiegu procesów jest nadrzędnym zadaniem zarządzania jakością. Pozwala to bowiem na uzyskanie produktów zgodnych z ustalonymi wymaganiami. Istotną rolę odgrywa przy tym także ustalenie odpowiednich wielkości pomiarowych, właściwy ich pomiar oraz w nie mniejszym stopniu prawidłowe przetwarzanie i interpretacja uzyskanych danych. Umiejętne zastosowanie odpowiednich metod statystycznych pozwala na właściwy nadzór nad procesem. Celem artykułu jest przeprowadzenie statystycznej oceny procesu paczkowania na przykładzie firmy zajmującej się produkcją wyrobów cukierniczych. Przeprowadzona analiza pozwoliła na ocenę wspomnianego procesu pod kątem wypełniania przez niego ustalonych wymagań.

Ensuring the correct processes course is the chief task of quality management. This allows one to receive products conforming to the requirements laid down. Establishing proper measured quantities, proper measurement of these quantities, and to a lesser degree of processing and interpreting the received data correctly also plays a significant role. Appliance of proper statistical methods allows one to control a process well. The aim of this article is to conduct the statistical evaluation of the process of pre-packaging in the company producing confectionery serving as an example. The analysis conducted allowed us to evaluate the above-mentioned process in terms of whether it fulfilled the requirements laid down.
