A method for determining the decision variables of hazardous zone identification system for ship power plant operator

In this paper a method is presented of determining - on the basis of information available in the preliminary phase of ship power plant design - the set of hazardous and noxious factors for the operator, as well as of converting them into the set of input variables to a hazardous zone identification system. Basing on the choice of values of determined decision variables, the system's user is able to determine potential hazardous zones for the ship power plant operator. Conversions of the determined factors into the set of the system's input variables were performed by using the knowledge achieved from the side of experts in ship power plant designing and operating.

W artykule przedstawiono ergonomiczną analizę warunków pracy na wybranych stanowiskach w linii technologicznej wyrobów czekoladowych, na których praca trwa cały rok w systemie trzyzmianowym i na których było zatrudnionych 70% kobiet. Wykorzystując metody szacunkowe dokonano ergonomicznej oceny, obejmującej ocenę obciążenia fizycznego, obciążenia psychicznego oraz pomiar i ocenę hałasu, oświetlenia i czynników mikroklimatu. Ocena ta jest traktowana jako jeden z elegantów niezbędnych do ustalenia sposobu i zakresu przeprowadzania auditu w zakładach przemysłu spożywczego.

Paper described the ergonomic analysis of working conditions on selected work-stands in technological line of manufacturing chocolate products. The labour on these stands is continued over the whole year in three-shift system; about 70% of employed there are the women. Using estimation methods the ergonomic assessment was made including evaluation of the physical and physical burden intensity as well as the measurements and evaluation of noise, lighting and microclimatic factors. Such an assessment is considered as one of the elements necessary to establish the procedure and range of audit in food industry enterprises.
