The article provides an analysis of the study on the use of digital tools in teaching humanities in university education, presenting arguments that confirm the significance of this topic. Due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the increasing importance of digital literacy, the potential that these tools can provide for improving the learning process in humanities is being explored. The advantages and challenges associated with the implementation of digital technologies in university education for teaching humanities are revealed. Special attention is given to the analysis of the possibilities of integrating digital tools into the educational process, uncovering their features and potential for enriching the learning process and enhancing the quality of teaching humanities. Further analysis and discussion of this topic aim to contribute to the search for optimal solutions and improving the outcomes of teaching humanities in the digital era, as well as studying future prospects for digitizing humanities education. The conclusions of the article emphasize the need for a balanced approach to the use of digital technologies, pedagogical relevance of their application, focusing on preserving interaction and communication, and involving students in active learning and collaboration.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę problemu wykorzystania narzędzi cyfrowych w nauczaniu nauk humanistycznych, w edukacji uniwersyteckiej oraz przedstawiono argumenty potwierdzające znaczenie tego tematu. W związku z szybkim rozwojem technologii cyfrowych i rosnącym znaczeniem kompetencji cyfrowych, badany jest potencjał, jaki te narzędzia mogą wprowadzić, dla poprawy procesu nauczania w naukach humanistycznych. Przedstawiono korzyści i wyzwania związane z wdrażaniem technologii cyfrowych w edukację uniwersytecką, podczas nauczania nauk humanistycznych. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono analizie możliwości wdrożenia narzędzi cyfrowych w proces edukacyjny, ujawniając ich cechy i potencjał wzbogacenia procesu nauki, poprawy jakości nauczania nauk humanistycznych. Kolejne analizy i badania na ten temat mają na celu wspieranie poszukiwania optymalnych rozwiązań i poprawę wyników nauczania nauk humanistycznych w epoce cyfrowej, badanie perspektyw dla cyfryzacji edukacji humanistycznej. Wnioski artykułu podkreślają konieczność zrównoważonego podejścia do wykorzystania technologii cyfrowych, pedagogicznej celowości ich zastosowania, skupienia na zachowaniu interakcji i komunikacji, oraz zaangażowania studentów w aktywne uczenie się i współpracę.

The academic paper is devoted to the use of interactive methods in the process of studying the humanities to form the professional and communicative competence of future specialists in construction and civil engineering. Currently, the issue of active applying the case method, business games in the classrooms in higher educational institutions is rather relevant. This is since the modern educational process is aimed at the formation of basic competencies as follows: professional and communication ones, skills, and abilities of intellectual activity, the development of the ability to process a large amount of information. Another argument in favour of the using interactive methods arises from the requirements towards the professionalism of any specialist in construction and civil engineering, who should master the optimal behaviour in various professional and everyday situations emerging in real life. In this paper, we have tried to prove that in the process of using interactive methods, the degreeseeking student becomes an active subject of the educational process under the direct supervision of a teacher, which has a positive effect on the formation of numerous competencies – professional and communicative ones. In the process of a business game or work on a case, the mastering of new terminology, acquaintance with new vocabulary, the use of speech cliches occurs. The correct use of grammatical forms and syntactic structures is of particular importance during the oral presentation of the decision. Professional knowledge and confidence in the ability to solve problems is an incentive towards forming professional and communicative competence in Ukrainian language classes for professional direction. Therefore, it can be stated that in the context of this scientific research, the expediency of using interactive methods has been justified to form the professional and communicative competencies of future specialists in construction and civil engineering during studying at higher educational institutions.

Artykuł poświęcony jest wykorzystaniu metod interaktywnych w procesie studiowania nauk humanistycznych w celu kształtowania kompetencji zawodowych i komunikacyjnych przyszłych specjalistów budownictwa i inżynierii lądowej. Problem aktywnego wykorzystania metody przypadku, gier biznesowych na zajęciach w szkolnictwie wyższym jest dziś aktualny. Wynika to z faktu, że współczesny proces edukacyjny ma na celu kształtowanie podstawowych kompetencji, wśród których znaczące miejsce zajmują umiejętności zawodowe i komunikatywne, umiejętności i zdolności aktywności intelektualnej, rozwój umiejętności przetwarzania dużej ilości informacji. Kolejny argument przemawiający za wykorzystaniem metod interaktywnych wynika z wymagań zawodowych każdego specjalisty z zakresu budownictwa i inżynierii lądowej, który musi opanować optymalne zachowanie w różnych sytuacjach zawodowych i codziennych, które pojawiają się w życiu codziennym. W niniejszym artykule staraliśmy się udowodnić, że w procesie stosowania metod interaktywnych student pod bezpośrednim kierownictwem nauczyciela staje się aktywnym podmiotem procesu edukacyjnego, co pozytywnie wpływa na kształtowanie wielu kompetencji, w tym zawodowych i komunikacyjnych. W trakcie gry biznesowej czy pracy nad sprawą dochodzi do opanowania nowej terminologii, znajomości nowego słownictwa, posługiwania się frazesami mowy. W trakcie ustnej prezentacji decyzji ważne jest właściwe użycie form gramatycznych i konstrukcji składniowych. Profesjonalna wiedza i wiara w umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów jest bodźcem do kształtowania kompetencji zawodowych i komunikacyjnych na zajęciach języka ukraińskiego w profesjonalnym kierunku. Można zatem powiedzieć, że w kontekście niniejszych badań celowość wykorzystania metod interaktywnych do kształtowania kompetencji zawodowych i komunikacyjnych przyszłych specjalistów budownictwa i inżynierii lądowej podczas studiów na studiach wyższych była uzasadniona

Artykuł stanowią rozważania wokół znaczenia nauk humanistycznych w kształtowaniu problematyki badawczej podejmowanej w naukach o bezpieczeństwie. Tekst potwierdza tożsamość zainteresowań humanistyki z naukami społecznymi, które dotyczą ogólnej refleksji związanej ze współczesnymi przemianami cywilizacyjnymi i przeobrażeniami w standardzie życia ludzi, postępem w naukach oraz rozwojem technologii służących egzystencji. W podejściu do kwestii dotyczących rozwoju humanistyki i wiedzy społecznej występuje dysonans na styku przemian tzw. świadomości technologicznej i moralnej zadumy nad postępem naukowo-technicznym w ogóle. I choć w artykule przedstawione konfiguracje łączenia wiedzy specjalistycznej (stosowanej) z wiedzą ogólną (nauki podstawowe) rzutują na współczesne profilowanie wykształcenia akademickiego, to jednak nie potwierdza tego sam potencjał edukacji humanistycznej (i społecznej też). Tak więc w kształtowaniu konkretnych specjalistów mających być zarówno dobrymi ludźmi, jak i profesjonalistami przeobrażającymi swoją wrażliwość w sukces pracy zawodowej, udział humanistyki jest ograniczany. I pomimo tego, że na poziomie deklaracji dostrzega się konieczność konwergencji humanistyki, bezpieczeństwa i techniki, to jednak na gruncie finansowego wsparcia dla tychże zakres ich poważania różni się. I to właśnie wydaje się być w ogóle znamienne dla poszanowania poszczególnych dyscyplin podstawowych i stosowanych. Okazuje się bowiem, że prymat nauk stosowanych nad podstawowymi nie jest funkcją odmienności przedmiotów zainteresowania i różniącej się metodologii, ale wynika z ekonomicznych pożytków. Tym samym przewaga technokracji nad humanizacją środowiska ludzkiego - przynajmniej na poziomie ważności badań - utrzymuje się, zaś bezpieczeństwo w teorii pozostaje ładną hipotezą, a w praktyce koniecznością.

The article is a reflection on the importance of humanities in shaping the research topics undertaken by the Security Studies. The text affirms the correspondence of interests between the humanities and the social sciences, which in general deal with the reflection on contemporary civilizational changes, transformations in the standard of human life, progress in science, and the development of technologies aiding the human existence. However, there is a dissonance at the junction of the so-called technological consciousness and moral reflection on scientific, and technical progress in general. It concerns the approach to predicaments in the development of the humanities and social knowledge. And, although the article presents the configurations of combining the specialist knowledge (applied) with general knowledge (basic sciences), they affect the modern profiling of academic education, but not fully confirming the potential of humanistic (and social) education by the same token. Thus, the input of the Humanities in such cases is often limited. Nonetheless, it is supposed to educate the qualified specialists to be both, humane and professional person, consciously converting their thoughtfulness into the success of professional work. Yet, despite the fact that on the level of the declaration there is an understanding of the need to converge humanities, security and technology, on the basis of financial support for the above the scope of their approval differs. Hence, they are not treated equally, when it is understood that the individual respect for various disciplines is based on financing researches. It turns out that the primacy of applied sciences over the other studies is not a function of the dissimilarity in focus of interests and differing methodology, but simply is a result of economic benefits. Thus, while security in theory continues to be of hypothetical importance or practical necessity, the advantage of technocracy over the humanization process of the human environment - at least at the level of research importance - is conserved.

The aim of the contribution is to draw attention to the value of study of humanities and to humanities research. As an example we use the research of Byzantine values and their impact on the European regions. The Byzantine Empire as a medieval power influenced the political and cultural-social development, and for a long time secured economic and social stability in much of the Mediterranean and the adjacent areas. The influence of Byzantium on the Slavic environment can be seen at different levels. Comparing Byzantine values with current values and monitoring of their impact on the formation of Slavic identity in Great Moravia and Slovaks in contemporary Europe enables to explore the transformation of values and the changes of individuals in social relationships. Globalization in the post-modern era has raised fundamental questions addressed to the global society that deal not only with the development of technology, or economy but also with important problems of national culture, cultural heritage and other cultural segments, their preservation and development.

Przemiany cywilizacyjne drugiej połowy XX wieku, które dalej są kontynuowane w XXI wieku, wywołały istotne zmiany w standardzie życia naszego społeczeństwa. Współczesne społeczeństwo zostało „przesiąknięte” techniką. Obecnie na rynku pracy poszukiwani są dobrze wykształceni specjaliści, którzy umiejętnie potrafią łączyć często odległe od siebie dziedziny nauki. Dziś już nie wystarczy wąskoprofilowe wykształcenie. Dlatego też w programach kształcenia studentów kierunków technicznych obok wiedzy ogólnej z przedmiotów ścisłych oraz wiedzy z zakresu kształcenia inżynierskiego są przedmioty z zakresu nauk humanistycznych i społecznych. To dzięki temu można wykształcić „wrażliwego człowieka”, który w mądry sposób potrafi zdobytą wiedzę wykorzystać i odnieść sukces w pracy zawodowej.

Civilization changes of the second half of the twentieth century, which are further continued in the twenty-first century, caused significant changes in the living standard of our society. Modern society was "steeped" in technology. Currently, the labor market is looking for well-educated professionals who can skillfully combine often various fields of sciences. Today, it is not enough to complete one field of studies. Therefore, in the curricula of technical faculties apart from general knowledge of science and knowledge in the field of engineering education there are subjects connected with humanities and social sciences. For this reason, it is possible to educate "a sensitive man", who can wisely take advantage of this knowledge and succeed in professional work.
