The purpose of the research is the creation of an effective didactic system through the integrated approach to the content of natural education with a special emphasis on professional orientation. Methods of the analysis, synthesis of knowledge, educational experiment, and mathematical statistics were used for the fulfillment of the purpose. The effective didactic system of interdisciplinary knowledge of natural-science course, namely the water security course, was created. The educational experiment proved the effectiveness of building the educational content of the training course based on an integrated approach.

Wstęp i cel: W artykule scharakteryzowane zostały wybrane obszary edukacji nieformalnej pełniące istotną rolę w procesie kształtowania kultury bezpieczeństwa pracy, rozumianej jako wiedza, umiejętności i działanie człowieka, których zadaniem jest ochrona życia i zdrowia. Głównym celem niniejszego opracowania jest zwrócenie uwagi na potrzebę kształtowania zachowań probezpiecznych stanowiących kompatybilny ze sobą system wszystkich nurtów działań i edukacji, z pełnym wykorzystaniem dostępnych środków i metod dydaktycznych. Materiał i metody: Materiałem badawczym jest literatura związana z problematyką dotyczącą procesu nauczania i kształtowania człowieka w środowisku zagrożenia. Prezentuje ona permanentną drogę edukacyjną w odniesieniu do kultury bezpieczeństwa, wskazując różne na źródła pro-bezpiecznych postaw i zachowań. W pracy stosuje się metodę analizy tekstów. Wyniki: Kształtowanie zachowań pro-bezpiecznych powinno stanowić kompatybilny ze sobą system wszystkich sfer edukacji tej formalnej jak i nieformalnej. Wniosek: Samo uczenie zwłaszcza, w procesie kształtowania kultury bhp, jest cyklem nieprzerwanym, polegającym na aklimatyzacji do wszelkich zmian zachodzących w toku rozwoju cywilizacji i na podnoszeniu sprawności racjonalnego wdrażania wiedzy w codziennym życiu. Dotyczy to, tak samo wiedzy teoretycznej, jak i praktycznej.

Introduction and aim: The article characterized were selected areas of informal education, performing a vital role in shaping the culture of safety. Culture is understood as knowledge, skills and human activities, whose mission is to protect life and health. The main aim is to draw attention to the need for development of pro-safe behaviors constituting compatible with each system all currents education activities with full use of the available resources and teaching methods. Material and methods: The material is the literature related to the problems related to the process of teaching and shaping of human environment hazards. It presents ongoing educational path in relation to its safety culture, indicating different sources of pro-safety attitudes and behavior. Some method of texts analysis is used in this paper. Results: Shaping the pro-safe behavior should be compatible with each system in all spheres of education of the formal and informal. Conclusion: But teaching in particular in the process of shaping the occupational health and safety culture is a continuous cycle of acclimatization to any change in the course of civilization development, the efficiency of the rational implementation of knowledge in everyday life. This applies equally to both theoretical and practical knowledge.
