W artykule przedstawione zostało zagadnienie koordynacji zabezpieczenia przed napięciem rażeniowym w halach obsługi taboru zelektryfikowanego. Opisana jest analiza wielkości napięć rażeniowych w warunkach roboczych i różnych warunkach awaryjnych. W analizie wykorzystano model układu powrotnego wielotorowego, który pozwala na wyznaczenie maksymalnych, możliwych do wystąpienia, napięć. Przedstawiony jest również sposób zapewnienia ochrony dla urządzeń i konstrukcji wymagających uziemienia lub uszynienia przy zachowaniu izolacji szyn od uziemienia.

Problems of electric shock-protection coordination in depots and workshops of electric traction vehicles are presented in the paper. Results of analysis of electric shock voltage under normal and different fault conditions of operation are described. An multi-track model of a return network was applied in the analysis, which al-lowed to assess values of maximum voltages which could appear during fault conditions. There is presented a study-case of a protection system for devices and installation requiring earthing or bonding with assuring isolation of rails from an earth.

W artykule opisano zagrożenie porażenia prądem elektrycznym od maszyn elektrycznych po wyłączeniu napięcia zasilającego, a będących jeszcze w ruchu. Pomimo wyłączenia napięcia występuje w instalacji zasilającej nadal niebezpieczne napięcie rażeniowe dla zdrowia człowieka indukowane przez stan wybiegu maszyny.

The article describes the hazard of the electric shock by large electric machines after them switching off from their supply voltage, but being still in motion. Despite the switch-off from voltage in supply-installation it is still dangerous the shock voltage for health of man, induced by electric machine in stopping period.

The paper presents the probabilistic model of fibrillation currents containing two components with different frequencies. An analysis was conducted of the threat of ventricular fibrillation which occurs in consequence of the electric shock with the highest permissible contact shocking voltage of the network frequency (50 Hz), taking into account the threat caused by the second component of the voltage which has the frequency higher than the network frequency. The sample results of calculations apply to the probability of the ventricular fibrillation in case of a shock caused by the highest permissible contact shocking voltage, for the defined time of shock duration, without and with the participation of an additional voltage component with higher frequency. The formula has been presented for the calculation of the highest permissible contact shock voltages with taking into account the voltage component of the frequency higher than the network frequency. The results of calculations indicate that a considerable reduction of the highest permissible contact shock voltage is necessary in order to compensate for a growth of the ventricular fibrillation threat caused by the presence of an additional component with the frequency other the network frequency. This applies in particular to the long shock duration times and low frequencies (up to 500 Hz) of an additional component of the shocking voltage.

W pracy opisano koncepcję nowego układu pomiaru rezystancji rozległych układów uziemień oraz oceny pomiarowej napięć rażeniowych i dotykowych, który jest odsprzęgnięty od zakłóceń sieci elektroenergetycznej. Układ bazuje na generacji dwóch częstotliwości lustrzanych względem częstotliwości sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wykazano, że zaproponowany układ różni się całkowicie od dotychczas stosowanych posiadając znacznie korzystniejsze właściwości.

Novel idea of the system designed for global earthing resistance measurement as well as for measuring estimation of permissible touch voltage. The proposed system is decoupled form disturbances that come form power network. The proposed system is based on two frequencies that are mirrored in respect with the frequency of power network. It is proved that the proposed system differs completely from those that are in common usage and their properties are much better.
