Today's construction planning and project management is being aided with computer software supporting construction scheduling and production control. In such computer applications, tasks' duration and resources' allocation are being established basing on labor demand. The present elaboration describes a methodology of computer-aided scheduling, which covers input data setting, analysis of resources' demands and schedule's quality assessment. Scheduling flexibility is also discussed, as well as a concept of time analysis for BIM-based construction planning.
