Innowacyjność przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych stanowi jeden z istotniejszych aspektów decydujących o ich przyszłym rozwoju. Autor w artykule pragnie wykazać, że optymalizacja produkcji poprzez zastosowanie odpowiednich metod matematycznych daje nowe możliwości dla przedsiębiorstw przemysłu obuwniczego w zakresie zwiększenia ich innowacyjności, co może prowadzić do podniesienia ich konkurencyjności na rynku. Przedstawione zostały wyniki modelowania matematycznego dla systemu produkcyjnego oraz ich wpływu na mikrologistykę przedsiębiorstwa w ujęciu wprowadzenia innowacji w procesie wytwórczym.

Innovativeness of industrial enterprises is one of the most important aspects determining their future development. The author in the article wants to demonstrate that production optimization through the use of appropriate mathematical methods creates a new opportunities for footwear industry companies to improve their innovativeness and market competitiveness. The results of mathematical modeling of production system and its impact on micro-logistics area of company in terms of introducing innovations in manufacturing process was presented.

Manufacturing companies are the crucial link in a supply chain; they shape goods directly as operational subject. Special consideration has been taken of the micro logistics area of these enterprises and the significance that the area plays in the formation of the chain. Production of goods is associated with managing multiple processes, both manufacturing and logistics, and therefore an important factor determining the proper functioning of an enterprises is their relative connection and systematization.
