Planning model of production process in a manufacturing enterprise

The article focuses primarily on two major aspects affecting each manufacturing enterprise. Namely, the question of planning of production process as well as process preparation to manufacture a desired product will be discussed. The article shows planning and production actions on the example of a production enterprise. The technical scope necessary in preparation of each production was presented as well as selected ways for inseparable connections and machines found in manufacturing halls were discussed. The characteristics of an enterprises manufacturing metal workshop furniture as well as workshop cars equipment was shown. The course of manufacturing process planning was depicted. Due to presented plans of the production hall it is possible to view the whole process. Some changes in that plan to streamline production and extend it in the future with a new range of products were suggested.

The emergencies of a natural character are difficult to predict, instant and often catastrophic by consequences of the situation. It is almost impossible to prevent their occurrence, however science can reduce their impact on society, reduce risks concerning people’s lives, improve responsiveness using modern logistic approaches. As it is confirmed by a statistic data, the number of emergencies and their complexity increase every year expanding its coverage. The parties who experience destruction often have the status of critical infrastructure facilities or extra hazardous objects, and airports are no exception. The role of airports in disaster relief operations is particularly important because they are the first to provide the humanitarian aid. They are the only places that can in the short terms provide access to remote places of any cargos, have their own security stuff and are equipped with a rescue equipment. Logistic flows are consistent and coherent. Their infrastructure integrity and readiness to respond fast are one of the priorities in the implementation of the rapid response programs, and in terms of loss of their integrity and safety of operations. Airports are the primary facilities for repair and recovery. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the role of airports in the process of preparation for emergency and natural disaster relief operations. According to the study, the elements of airports preparation phase for emergency situations were created and their role in the process of natural disaster relief operations was structured. They emphasized the functions that airports can perform and the character of logistic flows during the phase of preparation and response to emergency situations.

The Use of Cluster Analysis and the Theory of Mathematical Records in the Process of Planning the Production-Warehouse Flow

The paper proposes a new approach to the agglomeration of data in cluster analysis. These approach faces the problem of data classification where under the same conditions different conclusions are draw. Such problems occur in many areas of daily life: medicine, technology, and economic and social sciences and economics. The new approach assumes that events like the harvest are attributed to the cumulative probability of their occurrence at the same time. Such approaches will not be found in probability. Thanks to the mathematical theory of records fairly accurate classification of the object can be provided. The paper presents a method of agglomeration of measurement data using the mathematical theory of records. This is the method which can be used in the cluster analysis by agglomeration.

Disturbances occurring the most frequently in the ongoing processes of transport and storage have been selected. The article also shows possible ways of improvements of occurring disturbances. The article is of a practical nature.

W artykule podjęto próbę opracowania koncepcji wdrożenia systemu identyfikacji przebiegu pracy personelu medycznego w jednostkach lecznictwa zamkniętego. Do tej pory zauważono dynamiczne zaszczepianie systemów automatycznej identyfikacji (ang. AutoID) w poszczególnych jednostkach medycznych , których przeznaczeniem jest identyfikacja danych osobowych pacjenta, metodą kodu kreskowego. Notujemy nadto fragmentaryczne zastosowanie technologii RFID (radio frequency identification) w celu monitorowania przepływów materiałowych, stosowanych najczęściej przez jednostki zewnętrzne, pracujące na rzecz szpitali. Celem podjętej próby jest wskazanie możliwości jakie niesie zidentyfikowanie przebiegu czynności medycznych przypadających na poszczególnych pracowników, wyliczenie czasu na nie przypadającego oraz próbie połącz enia go z rejestracją przepływu leków, środków medycznych oraz użytkowania aparatury i sprzętu medycznego.

The goal of the article was to develop the concept of identification system implementation in the course of medical staff work in in - patient units . It has been noticed that the dynamic implementation of automatic identification systems (AutoID) (use d for patient’s personal data identification by bar code method) has been used in some particular units so far. Moreover, it has been reported that some units, especially external ones (working for hospitals), demonstrated a slight application of RDIF technology for material flow monitoring. The aim of the undertaken test is to demonstrate the possibilities of identification of medical activity course falling to a particular professional, calculating the time he or she needs to fulfill a task and trying to connect him or her with the flow of medicines, medical devices and equipment.

Logistics of modernity embodies the principles and approaches without implementation of which it is not possible to talk about competitiveness of enterprise, about its future prospects of successful development. Logistics creates the conditions under which the flow (of materials, information, finance, humans) becomes the main indicator of enterprises "life", highlights the effectiveness of management, capacity in a particular field, emphasizes the weaknesses and opportunities to eliminate them, indicating the flexibility and sustainability of the enterprise to risk situations. Logistics as an instrument, as a process, as the technology is able to build a delay-free system of enterprise functioning, to create favourable conditions for cooperation with suppliers, intermediaries, dealers and distributors, to form a coordinated flow inside the company, to provide an adequate consumer loyalty through high level of logistics services.
