Proper functioning of security and defence systems is determined by a number of various factors, among which an important role falls on logistical issues. As the experience has shown so far, it is the logistical processes that in many cases determine correct implementation of a number of key projects for the security and defence of the state. In view of the above, the aim of the article is to identify the determinants of the contemporary effective management of logistical processes taking place in the state security and defence system. The research problem to be solved was formulated in the form of a question: what factors determine today's effective management of logistical processes related to socio-economic development, as one of the essential elements of state security and defence?

Prawidłowe funkcjonowanie systemów bezpieczeństwa i obronności determinowane jest szeregiem różnorodnych czynników, wśród których istotna rola przypada kwestiom logistycznym. Jak wskazują dotychczasowe doświadczenia to właśnie procesy logistyczne w wielu przypadkach warunkują prawidłową realizację szeregu przedsięwzięć kluczowych dla bezpieczeństwa i obronności państwa. W świetle powyższego za cel artykułu przyjęto identyfikację czynników warunkujących współcześnie efektywne zarządzanie procesami logistycznymi zachodzącymi w systemie bezpieczeństwa i obronności państwa. Podjęty do rozwiązania problem badawczy został sformułowany w postaci pytania: jakie czynniki determinują współcześnie efektywne zarządzanie procesami logistycznymi związanymi z rozwojem społeczno-gospodarczym, jako jednym z istotnych elementów bezpieczeństwa i obronności państwa?

This article examines airbases as organizational units of the Polish Air Force from the perspective of executing logistical processes, with a particular emphasis on multirole aircraft maintenance processes. We selected air force bases that deal with multirole aircraft in order to become acquainted with the opinions of service processing executors. The observations of most immediate executors of the processes allow us to examine the possibilities for their enhancement and development. We presented the dependencies between different factors occurring in logistics processes, and their relationships and conditionings [3, 6, 7]. We described these factors using comparative parameters by means of the analysis and tools recommended in the science of management [2, 3, 8], while the collected material was developed using statistical tools and computer software [1]. The article is illustrated with numerous pictures and tables.

Uwzględniając specyfikę działania spółki LUBAWA S.A. w obszarze produkcji na potrzeby służb mundurowych autorzy niniejszego artykułu podjęli próbę przedstawienia roli identyfikowalności wyrobów oraz wskazania najistotniejszych problemów z tym związanych. W sposób syntetyczny przedstawiono teorię w zakresie procesów logistycznych a następnie na przykładzie spółki LUBAWA S.A dokonano ilustracji problemów związanych z identyfikowalnością wyrobów w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym.

Taking into account the specifics of the LUBAWA SA company's operations in the area of prooduction for the needs of uniformed services, the authors of this article have attempted to present the role of product traceability and to identify the most important problems related to this. Synthetically presented is the theory in the field of logistical processes folIowed by the authors illustrating problems related to traceability of products at a manufacturing company using the example of the LUBAWA SA company.

W artykule podjęto próbę przedstawienia problemów związanych z identyfikacją i identyfikowalnością wyrobów. W sposób syntetyczny przedstawiono istotę procesów logistycznych, które stanowią kluczową rolę w życiu gospodarczym każdego przedsiębiorstwa. Przedstawiono synergię zachodzącą między procesami logistycznymi a pozostałymi procesami realizowanymi w przedsiębiorstwie. Następnie na przykładzie spółki LUBAWA S.A dokonano analizy problemów związanych z identyfikacją i identyfikowalnością w procesie zaopatrzenia. Autorzy uwzględnili specyfikę działania spółki, która realizuje zamówienia między innymi na potrzeby służb mundurowych.

This article attempts to explain the problems related to the identification and traceability of products. The essence of logistical processes which play a key role in the economic life of each company, has been synthetically presented. The synergy that occurs between logistical processes and other processes carried out at the enterprise has also been described. Then, using the example of LUBAWA SA company, the problems related to the identification and traceability in the supply process have been analysed. The authors took into account the specifics of the operation of the company which, inter alia, carries out orders for the uniformed services.

Economic security, understood as a way of expressing the value in the economic sphere, except the political and military security, is one of the three pillars of a state's security which determines to a large extent its raison d'etre. The national economy, which is the material base for all segments creating security, causes the condition of its development to be the most important factor which influences on the level of providing widely understood economic security on every level of its realization (micro-, mezzo-, macro-). Taking into consideration the fact that these days we cannot imagine effective development of the national economy system, both in the real sphere and the regulation, without using the achievements in logistics, causes, according to the author the process of the correct molding of the economic security should be also based on the newest results of the researches in the field of theory and practice this discipline of the knowledge.
