W artykule dokonano przeglądu literatury pod kątem sposobów składowania w obiektach magazynowych ze względu na parametry techniczne jednostki ładunkowej. W pracy uwzględniono trzy typy jednostek ładunkowych: mikrojednostki, jednostki ładunkowe paletowe, jednostki pakietowe. Wyróżniono cechy jednostki ładunkowej: wymiary geometryczne, wagę, jako kryteria doboru urządzeń do składowania. Przedstawiono podział ogólny urządzeń do składowania na podstawie przedmiotowych norm: PN-78/M-78320-Urządzenia do składowania. Regały magazynowe. Nazwy, określenia, podział i symbole; PN-89/M-78322-Urzadzenia magazynowe do składowania. Regały magazynowe. Parametry podstawowe. W oparciu o przyjęte kryteria opracowanoschemat możliwego przydziału urządzeń do typu jednostki ładunkowej. Podjęto próbę klasyfikacji nowych rozwiązań technicznych w sposobie składowania w ramach obecnego podziału na grupy i typy urządzeń.

The article reviews the literature in termsof storage methods in storage facilities due to the technical parameters of the load unit. The work includes three types of loading units: micro units, pallet load units, packet units. The characteristics of the load unit were distinguished: geometrical dimensions, weight, as criteria for the selection of storage devices. The general division of storage facilities on the basis of the following norms is presented: PN-78 / M-78320-Warehouse management devices. Storage equipment. Standards, terms, division and symbols; PN-89 / M-78322-Storage devices. Warehouse shelves. Basic parameters. Based on the accepted criteria, a scheme for possible allocation of devices to the type of load unit was developed. An attempt was made to classify new technical solutions in the method of storage, divided into groups and types of devices.

A method of loading unit formation taking into account mass, load-bearing strength and surfaces of packing units

The problem of loading unit formation is computationally complex in nature. This article presents a heuristic algorithm of forming unit loads, which can be applied to unit load arrangement on unit load devices. This method accounts for dimensional, mass and load-bearing strength of loading units and loading devices. Moreover, the rotation of packages about a 90° vertical axis has been made possible. In this algorithm, the bearing surface of each packing unit is entirely supported. This guarantees the stability of additional unit load layers. A sample calculation of the arrangement of 30-unit loads is presented in this article.
