The article reveals the main concept - methodical competence of Ukrainian language teachers of the secondary educational establishment - as the most important component of the professional competency of the language teacher. The dependence of the development of professional competency on the efficient and system activity of language teachers in the subject methodical and scientific-methodical types of activity has been defined. Besides, the development of Ukrainian language philology teachers’ methodical competency has been presented. This competency is connected with a rational combination of traditional methods of study, analysis of certain situations of the interactive technologies of group work, and project study at every stage of the advanced training system, which is built in order to remove difficulties in the subject methodical pedagogues’ activity. The specificity of the professional activity and professional training of a philology teacher consists in the organic integration of psychological-pedagogical and philological components, which are aimed at the formation of linguistic, cultural, pedagogical, psychological, literary, communicative, methodical, digital competences. Modern methodical principles of professional training of future philology teachers are based on the key provisions of linguistics, linguocultural studies, hermeneutics, and pedagogical comparativistics. The article highlights the current trends in the development of pedagogical and philological education in the context of the integration of scientific fields; methodological and methodical principles of training of philology teachers are substantiated; the structural-content, procedural, educational-methodical, normative-legal aspects of the organization of the educational process in the foreign experience were investigated; a comparative pedagogical analysis of models and systems of professional training of philology teachers in Ukrainian and foreign experience was carried out; possibilities of creative use of progressive ideas of foreign experience in the educational space of Ukraine are argued.

W artykule ujawniono główne pojęcie – kompetencje metodyczne nauczycieli języka ukraińskiego szkół średnich – jako najważniejszy składnik kompetencji zawodowych nauczyciela języka. Określono zależność rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych od sprawnej i systemowej aktywności lektorów języków obcych w przedmiotowych typach działalności metodycznej i naukowo-metodycznej. Ponadto, przedstawiono rozwój kompetencji metodycznych nauczycieli filologii ukraińskiej. Kompetencja ta wiąże się z racjonalnym łączeniem tradycyjnych metod nauki, analizą określonych sytuacji interaktywnych technologii pracy grupowej oraz badaniem projektowym, na każdym etapie zaawansowanego systemu szkoleniowego działalności pedagogów, który jest zbudowany w celu usunięcia trudności metodycznych w nauczaniu przedmiotu. Specyfika działalności zawodowej i przygotowania zawodowego nauczyciela filologii polega na organicznej integracji elementów psychologiczno-pedagogicznych i filologicznych, które mają na celu kształtowanie kompetencji językowych, kulturowych, pedagogicznych, psychologicznych, literackich, komunikacyjnych, metodycznych, cyfrowych. Współczesne zasady metodyczne kształcenia zawodowego przyszłych nauczycieli filologii opierają się na kluczowych przepisach językoznawstwa, hermeneutyki i komparatystyki pedagogicznej. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na aktualne kierunki rozwoju edukacji pedagogicznej i filologicznej, w kontekście integracji dziedzin naukowych; czy metodyczne zasady kształcenia nauczycieli filologii są uzasadnione; zbadano strukturalno-treściowe, proceduralne, wychowawczo-metodyczne, normatywno-prawne aspekty organizacji procesu edukacyjnego, w doświadczeniu zagranicznym; przeprowadzono porównawczą analizę pedagogiczną modeli i systemów doskonalenia zawodowego nauczycieli filologii, na podstawie doświadczeń ukraińskich i zagranicznych; argumentowane są możliwości twórczego wykorzystania postępowych idei doświadczeń zagranicznych w przestrzeni edukacyjnej Ukrainy

Purpose: The subject of this study is to look at the management of an agile organization with the identification of key factors affecting its agility. Design/methodology/approach: The method used in the study is based on the interpretation of the literature on the subject, the analysis of the author's own experience and the analysis of the results of secondary research. Findings: There key factor of organizational agility is always a man with his competences -knowledge, skills and attitude towards changes - a man with his ability to be agile. Whether and how the organization will be ready to cope with the changes taking place around it, and thus what level of agility it will be able to demonstrate, depends on the openness to this human agility and agile competences possessed by people who create this organization. There will be as much agility in the organization as there will be openness to agility in the people who create it. This is a factor that, is crucial in defining the ability to agile transformation of an organization. Practical implications: Based on the conclusions of the analysis, when implementing agile work systems, organizations should pay the greatest attention to people - not only technology, as is the case in many business organizations - and start agile transformations from people. Originality/value: The article presents a detailed, multifaceted analysis of the factors determining organizational agility, which in the era of BANI world is crucial, for the survival and success of business organizations. The conclusions contained in the paper can be the base to prepare, implement and constantly increasing organizational agility.

The world has been implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) successfully to construction projects from small to large scale. In Vietnam and many other countries, BIM is also widely applied in different fields of the construction industry. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved. One of those is to determine the necessary BIM competencies, thereby develop BIM personnel recruitment standards. The article identifies the competencies as well as evaluates their importance when supporting the recruitment of BIM personnel in construction enterprises in Vietnam. Through survey forms such as survey on online recruitment, expert interviews, and survey forms, the study is conducted with Likert scale, relative importance index (RII) for result analysis and ranking the importance of BIM competency for three distinct group of positions in Vietnam. With this result, the authors hope that the study will be an important reference, contributing to the development and concretization of the required competency criteria in the recruitment of BIM personnel in Vietnam and other similar countries.

This paper aims to identify the influence of intercultural competence on an organisation’s success and personal career in Lithuania. The study described in this paper is a part of international research on intercultural competence. An online questionnaire survey was conducted in Lithuania with non-probability convenience sampling to find out the views of employees working in different sector organisations. The survey was filled out by 1193 respondents from Lithuania. Employees’ intercultural competence (knowledge/cognitive dimension, skills/behavioural dimension, and attitudes/emotional dimension) was evaluated using 5-point Likert items and is elaborated elsewhere. The multivariate analysis was used to analyse the survey data and test three hypotheses stating that (1) employees support the notion that higher intercultural competence can foster an organisation’s success and personal career, (2) organisations tend to leave the development of intercultural competence to employees, and (3) current intercultural knowledge and skills are inadequate to operate in a multicultural work environment. The analysis showed that half of the respondents agreed with the statement that the development of intercultural competence (ICC) helped the personal career and an organisation’s success. The statement regarding organisations tending to leave the intercultural competence development to their employees was only supported by less than one-third of the respondents. Besides, the data did not fully support the statement that employees’ current intercultural knowledge and skills were inadequate to operate in a multicultural work environment, as no more than one-third of the respondents had frequent or very frequent issues when communicating with foreigners due to inadequate intercultural knowledge and skills in various sub-areas. The paper elaborates on detailed results.

Purpose: The aim of this paper is to investigate the possibility of using the concept of "Partners in Education" as a solution for preparing the students to successfully enter the workforce. Design/methodology/approach: Desk Research Method and survey are used. Paper is based on Partners in Education’s documents (local non-profit organization) and results of empirical research. Findings: The study includes the review of the results of empirical research carried out in Poland, which indicated the existence of competence gaps of graduates from technical universities. The study also indicated the need to constantly monitor the competence gaps and correct the education programs on this basis. One of the tools to improve the process of updating curricula may be the practice used in the USA. Originality/value: The main goal of any system of education in any region is to prepare students to successfully enter the workforce. At the present time, the economy is changing rapidly. The educational and training needs are constantly changing. The authors pointed to a good practice used in the USA, as an example of a solution for preparing the students to successfully enter the workforce.

The article analyzes modern methodological aspects of studying and analyzing the professional competence of future educators of preschool children, corresponds to the state requirements for reforming education and the tendency to introduce a competence approach as one of the key in vocational education. Relying on normative legal documents, state standards and the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education», the author gives a definition of the concept of «competence», formulates a modern understanding of «professional competence». Also, the article highlights a number of methodological approaches that it is advisable to build on in the process of scientific and theoretical analysis of the professional competence of future educators, in particular, educators of preschool educational institutions. It is advisable to organize a pedagogical advisable organized pedagogical practice, its direct connection with the theory is one of the main ways to improve the professional training of pedagogical staff, and, accordingly, their professional competence.

W artykule są przeanalizowane współczesne metodologiczne aspekty studiowania i analizy fachowej kompetencji przyszłych wychowawców dzieci przedszkolnego wieku, odpowiada państwowym wymogom reformowania edukacji i tendencja wprowadzenia kompetentnego podejścia jak jednego z kluczowych w fachowej edukacji. Wspierając się na normatywny-prawne dokumenty, państwowe standardy i Prawo Ukrainy «O wyższej edukacji», autor daje wyznaczenie pojęcia «kompetencja», formułuje współczesne rozumienie «fachowej kompetencji». W artykule zwrócono również uwagę na szereg podejść metodologicznych, które warto wykorzystać w procesie naukowej i teoretycznej analizy kompetencji zawodowych przyszłych pedagogów, w szczególności wychowawców przedszkolnych placówek oświatowych.

The main paper aims to evaluate the impact of organisational competence on knowledge and information flows within cluster organisations and technology parks, with particular emphasis on innovative content knowledge. The paper addresses the research question: “What set of competencies of cooperating companies allows access to information and knowledge in cluster and parks structures?" The authors report their findings from a quantitative study carried out in four cluster organisations and three technology parks functioning in Poland. The research sample covered a total of 269 enterprises: 132 cluster members and 137 park tenants. The primary method of data collection was a survey questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the interdependence of variables, ANOVA, and logistic regression. The research showed that the surveyed enterprises from both analysed groups preferred cooperation with partners of a similar level of competence development and the same or complementary scope of competence. This set of competencies of cooperating organisations also guaranteed better access to information and knowledge resources, including confidential information and new knowledge. This study additionally indicated that the knowledge creation activities performed by the cooperating cluster organisations depended on the proximity of the competencies of organisations as well as on the nature of the information, disseminated within the cluster organisations. The theoretical contribution is related to the results obtained by analysing the phenomenon of information and knowledge dissemination in cluster and park structures, revealing the impact made by the competence proximity of cooperating organisations on the access to this such resources. Thus, the findings supplement the state-of-the-art knowledge of the concept of industrial clusters by presenting a broader view on cooperation developed in geographical proximity, based on a set of various partner competencies.

Determining the competencies required for engineering programmes has become important due to the increasing challenges faced by engineers after graduation and the tremendous development in technology. This research aims to identify the general competencies that fresh graduate students of engineering schools in Jordan believe they need to become competent and effective in their profession as engineers. This study was the first of its kind with students as respondents, and it was the first study of this kind in Jordan. Competencies were collected from a previous study with 48 competencies split into 11 groups. A questionnaire was prepared with these competencies, then rated for the degree of importance by answering “What engineering competencies graduates will require for their future work in Jordan?” The study showed that all competencies were vital, including technical, personal, nontechnical and attitudinal competencies. This study will help to link the outputs of university education provided by engineering departments with market needs as well as to harmonise study programmes offered by Jordanian universities. Also, the research outputs are expected to facilitate the transition process of students from one university to another. The empirically identified competencies could be used to help assess different engineering study programmes in Jordan.

The main purpose of the paper is to identify the group of indicators that are most widely used in the manufacturing area worldwide, to identify the responsibility and authority for measuring and evaluating business performance, and to create an illustrative competency-based model for a performance management system within a business. The paper covers two areas that are important in the maintenance of sustainable business performance. The first area focuses on a performance management system and its key performance indicators as an important element in every performance management system within a business. The article also presents the theoretical background of the Z-MESOT method, which is applied to define the consistency of these indicators in practice. The second area is dedicated to defining a competency-based model and competences related to the measurement and assessment of performance, which have been extracted from other general competences. This paper presents findings from qualitative research to eliminate the bottlenecks of the Z-MESOT matrix that was transposed into a questionnaire. The questionnaire, as well as structured interviews, helped identify differences in responsibility attributes of the Z-MESOT matrix regarding the size of the researched businesses. The paper offers a list of competences related to the key performance indicators that can be used for following theoretical and practical research.

The study attempts to analyse the competence and task standards of the Minister of National Defense in the area of the national cybersecurity system. The author distinguishes four types of functions that the Minister of National Defense performs in the created cybersecurity system in Poland. In this system, this entity is at the same time one of the specialized bodies competent for cybersecurity, at the same time the body separate and independent from them, and the entity managing CSIRT MON and a member of the College for cybersecurity.

Opracowanie podejmuje próbę analizy norm kompetencyjnych i zadaniowych ministra obrony narodowej w zakresie krajowego systemu cyberbezpieczeństwa. Autor wyróżnia cztery rodzaje funkcji, jakie w kreowanym ustroju cyberbezpieczeństwa w Polsce pełni minister obrony narodowej. Podmiot ten jest w tym systemie jednocześnie jednym z wyspecjalizowanych organów właściwych do spraw cyberbezpieczeństwa, a jednocześnie odrębnym i niezależnym od nich organem, prowadzącym CSIRT MON oraz członkiem Kolegium do spraw cyberbezpieczeństwa.

The article focuses on indicating a set of competencies required for production branches based on the data regarding the Podlaskie labour market. The data was collected using quantitative surveys (in the form of questionnaires). Then, the Authors used network analysis to visualise the collected data and indicate the most frequently indicated set of competencies. Based on the opinion of respondents, the most popular competencies were professional knowledge and technical skills. These two competencies were also the most popular combination. Communication, self-reliance, thoroughness/reliability, sharing knowledge and experience, and teamwork/ collaboration also proved to be important. The entire set of the competencies is strongly linked, with professional knowledge and technical skills forming the foundation. Knowledge of foreign languages has also been identified as significant as well as decision making, which was, however, less frequently connected with the above. Despite the dominance of the two competencies attributed to the professional group, this group of competencies was the least numerous. Based on the example of the Podlaskie Region, the study informs about the set of competencies sought by manufacturing companies. Also, the most important competencies typical for individual branches are noted. This collection of competencies can serve as a basis for further theoretical considerations in the field of competency identification aimed at the production industry. In some cases, competencies indicated for different industries coincide, while in others they are divergent. The set of competencies indicated by the respondents informs job seekers in the area of production as well as institutions such as Voivodship Labour Office in Bialystok, whose task, among others, is to appropriately orientate the development of future employees.

Studenci Wydziału Organizacji i Zarządzania Politechniki Śląskiej w ramach swoich studiów realizują kurs z zarządzania projektami, pozwalający im na zaznajomienie się z tematyką prowadzenia przedsięwzięć. W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań, dotyczące postrzegania przez studentów Politechniki Śląskiej potrzeby posiadania umiejętności zarządzania projektami i przydatności tej umiejętności w obecnej lub przyszłej karierze zawodowej.

Project manager is one of key members of organization because of his responbilities and commitment to actions to pursue the goal of introducing changes, regardless if the change means introducing new product, joining new market or realization of the contract. Students of the Managment and Organization Department of Silesian University of Technology during their studies realize course of project managment, allowing them to familiarize onselves with the subject-matter of project managment. The article presents research data connected with perceiving of need of project managing skills and usefulness of these skills during the carreer among Silesian University of Technology students.

Niniejsza publikacja opisuje sposób eliminacji marnotrawstwa wynikającego z niewykorzystania kompetencji w organizacji. We wstępie zostały przedstawione, znajdujące się w literaturze, definicje oraz zakres kompetencji. Celem tego rozdziału było nakreślenie różnic w interpretacji definicji kompetencji przez poszczególnych autorów. W dalszej części artykułu zaprezentowano działania jakie podjąć należy w celu efektywnego wykorzystania kompetencji w organizacji. Przedstawiono także model kompetencji oraz zarządzanie wiedzą w walce z niewykorzystanymi kompetencjami w organizacji. W punkcie tym omówiona została między innymi macierz kompetencyjna. W czwartej części opisano udoskonalenia w zakresie zarządzania kompetencjami. Ponadto zaprezentowano schemat oraz cele systemu zarządzania kompetencjami. Artykuł zakończony został podsumowaniem.

This publication describes how to reduce waste caused by not using competences in an organization. In the introduction definitions and the scope of competences from literature are presented. The aim of this chapter is to define the differences among interpretations of definitions of ‘competence’ by various authors. Furthermore, actions that should be taken in order to use competences in an organization effectively are discussed. A model of competence and knowledge management in fighting unused competence in an organization are also presented. At this point a competence matrix is discussed. In the fourth part improvements in competence management are dealt with. Moreover, the scheme and purposes of competence management system are presented. The article ends with a summary.

Aim: Analysis and identification of the main components relevant to the Information Security (IS) training structure for specialists undergoing Bachelor degree studies at educational institutions with special training conditions. These are key links in the pursuit of quality in the educational process. Additionally, the development of a mathematical model, incorporating student educational qualification profiles (EQP) and Vocation Development Programmes (VDP), will allow for the creation of suitable education programmes aimed at securing competences required by employers. Introduction: Automated management systems introduced for the State Security Emergency Services (SSES) of Ukraine are designed for data collection, processing and transfer of large volumes of information between all emergency services. Such systems ensure timely, orderly and smooth functioning of state services dealing with emergency situations. However, just like any other Information System, this information should be protected against the possibility of intrusion and impact of cyber criminal activity. From the authors’ analysis of threat sources and information system weaknesses it is evident that the human factor and staff training are critical elements in the establishment of good quality and efficient performance of the IS systems in SSES of Ukraine. To address identified problems, it is necessary to create a flexible departmental system of specialist training in the field of IS through the support of higher educational institution of SSES of Ukraine with special training conditions. This approach is based on principles for modern higher education in Ukraine, realized under the auspices of the "Bologna Declaration for higher vocational education in Ukraine". It uses a competency based approach, involving a close interaction between the employment market and education institutions. Conclusions: A structural analysis was performed and key assumptions identified for the development of vocational training. This facilitated the production of an effective and dynamic education programme, to address the needs of IS. A project scheme was proposed, which visualised an interaction between the vocation education cycle and competences emerging during the training process. A mathematical “needs” model was developed, which revealed student profiles and a vocation development programme, in accordance with the education project conditions concerned with preparing specialists for work with IS. Simultaneously, this approach afforded staff from higher education establishments an opportunity to prepare a suitable syllabus, to address student competence needs.

Cel pracy: Analiza i identyfikacja głównych elementów struktury programu kształcenia specjalistów ds. bezpieczeństwa informacji na studiach licencjackich w uczelniach ze specjalnymi warunkami kształcenia, który jest jednym z ogniw zapewnienia jakości procesu kształcenia. Opracowanie modelu matematycznego wymagań dotyczących charakterystyki profilu absolwenta oraz programu edukacyjno-zawodowego, które dadzą możliwość stworzenia zrównoważonych programów nauczania mających na celu zdobycie przez absolwenta wyższej uczelni kompetencji wymaganych przez pracodawców. Wprowadzenie: Dostępne dzisiaj zautomatyzowane systemy zarządzania w strukturach Państwowej Służby Ukrainy ds. Sytuacji Nadzwyczajnych są przeznaczone do gromadzenia danych oraz przetwarzania i przekazywania pomiędzy wszystkimi służbami ratowniczymi dużych ilości informacji. Dzięki temu służba działa terminowo, w sposób uporządkowany i bez zakłóceń. Jednak tak jak każdy system informacyjny, powinien być on chroniony przed działaniami cyberprzestępców. Z przeprowadzonej przez autorów analizy źródeł zagrożeń i słabości systemu informacyjnego wynika, że czynnik ludzki i poziom szkolenia personelu są niezbędne do stworzenia systemu dobrej jakości i sprawnego funkcjonowania systemów ochrony informacji Państwowej Służby Ukrainy ds. Sytuacji Nadzwyczajnych . Aby rozwiązać przedstawione problemy, konieczne jest stworzenie odpowiedniego, elastycznego resortowego systemu przygotowania specjalistów z zakresu ochrony informacji przy wsparciu wyższych uczelni Państwowej Służby Ukrainy ds. Sytuacji Nadzwyczajnych ze specjalnymi warunkami kształcenia. System ten bazuje na zasadach nowoczesnego szkolnictwa wyższego Ukrainy, realizowanego w ramach „Deklaracji Bolońskiej w szkolnictwie wyższym zawodowym Ukrainy”, na podejściu opartym na kompetencjach, zakładającym ścisłą zależność między rynkiem pracy i resortowymi instytucjami edukacyjnymi. Wnioski: Przeprowadzono analizę struktury i określono główne założenia na potrzeby opracowania programu kształcenia zawodowego jako ogniwa w procesie przygotowania efektywnego projektu edukacyjnego w dynamicznym systemie kształcenia specjalistów ds. bezpieczeństwa informacji. Zaproponowany został schemat środowiska projektu edukacyjnego, który wizualizuje zależności cykli nauczania i kompetencji, powstałych w procesie nauki. Opracowany został model matematyczny wymagań odnośnie profilu absolwenta oraz programu kształcenia zawodowego zgodnie z warunkami projektu edukacyjnego przygotowania specjalistów ds. bezpieczeństwa informacji, dający pracownikom uczelni wyższych Państwowej Służby Ukrainy ds. Sytuacji Nadzwyczajnych możliwość przygotowywania odpowiednich programów nauczania w celu uzyskania przez studentów wymaganych kompetencji.

Purpose Both, theorists and practitioners of management emphasize that staff competence increasingly influences the proper operation of modern enterprises. This is significant not only when acquiring satisfactory work efficiency, but in connection to the required level of safety. Methods The aim of the research presented in this article is to determine essential issues in the area of underground coal mines supervisors (middle level managers) with regard to the safety level in coal mines. The research methods include survey, PAPI technique (Paper-and-Pencil-Interviewing) and a questionnaire. Supervisors from three mines participated in the research. The sample test was conducted deliberately, using a proportional scheme including the position in the supervisory department and the department type. Results Analysis of the results allowed for the evaluation of the twelve sub-categories of supervisors competence and knowledge level and their impact on the effectiveness of the maintenance of security. Moreover, the correlation between the determined level of separate competence sub-categories and their influence on the level of safety enabled the prioritization of the level of a lack of competence in reference to proper work safety maintenance. Practical implications The knowledge acquired on supervisors competence is to be applied to the prevention programme as a part of the following programme: "Methods of diagnosis and reduction programme of adverse effects related to the underground use of technical means..." (PBS, NCBiR No 1519/2012). Originality/ value The theoretical section of the article includes the original definition and competence model, as well as a model of compe-tence impact on the safety level in an enterprise. The approach to the research problem is also valuable – the issues of underground coal mines supervisors competence have been for the first time directly connected with the underground safety level.

The paper, by the example of training for the railway industry in Uzbekistan, focuses on the experiences and characteristics of Uzbekistan's integration into the international system of education, a framework of qualifications of the European Commission. Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineering has: rated the students' knowledge of the possibility of mutual recognition and accreditation based on the comparability of disciplines and curricula; included in its institutional strategy doctoral program, which has national features aimed at providing career opportunities for young researchers and university teachers based on the fundamental nature and the humanization of education, providing the preparation of the highly qualified specialists, ensures the interconnection and interdependence at all levels of technical education: secondary, undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and post-graduate training and re-training to maintain the knowledge and skills of teachers at the level of requests engineering and production of the XXI century.

Ташкентский институт инженеров железнодорожного транспорта проводит: оценку знаний студентов для возможности взаимного признания и аккредитации на основе сопоставимости дисциплин и учебных программ; в его институциональную стратегию включена докторская программа, которая имеет национальные особенности, направленные на обеспечение возможности карьерного роста для молодых исследователей и преподавателей ВУЗов на основе фундаментального характера и гуманизации образования, обеспечивающая подготовку высококвалифицированных специалистов, обеспечивающая взаимосвязь и взаимозависимость всех уровней технического образования: среднего, студентов, аспирантов, докторантов и слушателей курсов подготовки и переподготовки подготовки для поддержания знаний и навыков преподавателей на уровне запросов проектирования и производства XXI века.

Przedstawiono aktualny stan dotyczący wybranych: dokumentów normalizacyjnych opracowywanych w różnych Komitetach Technicznych CEN i ISO oraz przepisów prawnych w zakresie kwalifikacji i certyfikacji personelu wykonującego badania, monitorującego oraz diagnozującego stan maszyn i urządzeń technicznych metodami nieniszczącymi w różnych sektorach zastosowań przemysłowych. Kwalifikacja i certyfikacja tej grupy personelu stanowi ważny czynnik dotyczący zarówno oceny ich kompetencji, a także zapewnienia jakości wytwarzanych i obsługiwanych elementów, zespołów i maszyn w wielu krytycznych zastosowaniach jak np. energetyce konwencjonalnej i jądrowej, lotnictwie oraz utrzymaniu ruchu kolei.

The study presents the current state of selected standardization documents drawn up in different GEN and ISO Technical Committees as well as legal regulations encompassing qualifications and certification of personnel conducting testing, monitoring and diagnosing a state of technical machines and devices using non-destructive methods in different sectors of industry applications. Qualifications and certificates of this group of personnel are an important factor in assessing their competences and ensuring the quality of produced and operated elements, assemblies and machines in many critical applications, e.g. conventional power industry and nuclear power engineering, aviation and railway maintenance.
