Cel artykułu: analiza funkcjonowania aplikacji i portali związanych z finansowaniem społecznościowym, z uwzględnieniem oceny potencjalnych szans lub zagrożeń generowanych za pośrednictwem internetu. Metodyka analizy: analiza źródeł literaturowych, internetowych oraz aktów prawnych, pozwalających na zestawienie ze sobą odpowiednich pojęć, definicji i danych. Wyniki: przeprowadzona analiza wskazuje na szeroką skalę zarówno oferowanych szans (korzyści), jak i zagrożeń, wynikających z używania usług o charakterze finansowym, za pomocą odpowiednich platform internetowych. Wnioski: przedstawione rozważania dają podstawę do zauważenia braku odpowiednich regulacji prawnych, które byłyby w stanie chronić wirtualnych odbiorców i korzystających z usług finansowych. W przyszłości zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa użytkownikom platform internetowych może stanowić poważne wyzwanie dla ich operatorów.

Aim of the article: analysis of the functioning of applications and portals related to crowdfunding, including the assessment of potential opportunities or threats generated via the Internet. Methodology of analysis: analysis of literature sources, internet sources and legal acts, allowing for the juxtaposition of relevant concepts, definitions and data. Results: the analysis indicates a wide scale of opportunities (benefits) as well as threats resulting from the use of financial services using appropriate internet platforms. Conclusions: the presented considerations give grounds to notice the lack of appropriate legal regulations that would protect virtual recipients and users from financial services.

Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przybliżenie zagadnień związanych ze źródłami, a zwłaszcza mechnizmem powstawania innowacji w łańcuchu dostaw. Na podstawie analizy istniejących w literaturze przedmiotu modelowych i procesowych podejść do tworzenia innowacji w łańcuchu dostaw zostaną wyprowadzone główne wnioski dotyczące tego procesu.

There is no doubt that the subject of innovation in supply chain is important. Many authors express this opinion, but they also stress that the subject of innovation is not widely-discussed in the literature concerning logistics, and the sources and logie of creating innovation are not well-known. This paper is aimed at explaining and discussing the sources and mechanisms of innovation in the supply chain. supply chain innovation models are discussed. On the basis of the analysis of supply chain innovation models, the main conclusions are drown. Supply chain innovation process has an interactive character and thus it reąuires a holistic approach. The abilities of innovation creation depend on the supply chain resources, its structure, management and goals, and business processes inside it. Innovation is usually the effect of the cooperation be- tween supply chain partners. Innovations are created in the upper or the downside part of supply chain. The may be also created on the whole length of the supply chain. The sources of innovations are always customer needs.
