Punktem wyjścia w artykule jest przedstawienie transferu wiedzy jako jednego z najważniejszych procesów w funkcjonowaniu organizacji w warunkach gospodarki opartej na wiedzy. Zidentyfikowano wybrane poziomy analizy transferu wiedzy w kontekście istniejących nierówności na rynku pracy, z uwzględnieniem strategicznej wartościowości wiedzy, jej rodzaju, głównych subprocesów składowych transferu wiedzy oraz narzędzi wspomagających jego realizację. Omówiono uniwersalne przesłanki efektywnego zarządzania transferem wiedzy w organizacjach: kształtowanie optymalnej technicznej i społecznej infrastruktury środowiska wiedzy, podejmowanie działań przyczyniających się do ewolucji kultury organizacyjnej w kierunku promującej wiedzę oraz stosowanie naczelnych wartości, zasad ogólnych i szczegółowych transferu wiedzy.

The starting point of this article is the presentation of knowledge transfer as one of the most important elements in respect to the organization functioning in a world of knowledge-based economy and knowledge-based processes. Secondary to that, chosen levels of knowledge transfer process analysis in the context of inequalities in the labor market, have been identified. Strategic value of knowledge, its type and components of the transfer process, and tools supporting it’s realization, are taken into consideration. As a result, the universal premises of effective management of knowledge transfer in organizations are discussed, in the form of shaping the optimal technical and social infrastructure of the knowledge environment, taking actions contributing to the evolution of organizational culture towards promoting knowledge and application of main values, general and detailed principles of knowledge transfer.

We prove that the holomorphic differential equation ϕ’’(ϕ+c) = γ(ϕ’)² (ϕ:C→C be a holomorphic function and (γ, c) ϵ C²) plays a classical role on many problems of real and complex convexity. The condition exactly γ ϵ [wzór] (independently of the constant c) is of great importance in this paper. On the other hand, let n ≥ 1, (A₁, A₂) ϵ C² and g₁, g₂ : Cᵑ → C be two analytic functions. Put u(z, w) = │A ₁w - g₁(z) │² + │A₂w - g₂(z) │²v(z,w) = │A₁w - g₁(z) │² + │ A₂w - g₂(z) │², for (z,w) ϵ Cᵑ x C. We prove that u is strictly plurisubharmonic and convex on Cᵑ x C if and only if n = 1, (A₁, A₂) ϵ C² \{0} and the functions g₁ and g₂ have a classical representation form described in the present paper. Now v is convex and strictly psh on Cᵑ x C if and only if (A₁, A₂) ϵ C² \{0}, n ϵ {1,2} and and g₁, g₂ have several representations investigated in this paper.

Celem artykułu jest dokonanie analizy sytuacji osób z niepełnosprawnościami na polskim rynku pracy oraz identyfikacja kluczowych czynników determinujących tę sytuację. Analiza prowadzona jest w dwóch aspektach: prawnym (stan przepisów prawnych, regulujących status osób z niepełnosprawnościami na polskim rynku pracy w dniu 31 marca 2018 r.) oraz empirycznym (wartości wskaźników, mogących służyć opisowi sytuacji osób z niepełnosprawnościami na polskim rynku pracy w okresie 2007-2017). Analiza koncentruje się na populacji osób posiadających orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności do celów związanych z zatrudnieniem, gdyż tylko takie osoby są uprawnione do specjalnego traktowania na polskim rynku pracy.

This article analyses the situation of persons with disabilities on Poland's labor market and identifies key factors which determine this situation. The analysis considers two aspects: legal (legislation regulating the status of persons with disabilities on Poland's labor market as of March 31,2018) and empirical (values of indicators, which could be used to describe the situation of persons with disabilities on Polish labor market in 2007-2017). The analysis focuses on the population of persons with an employment-related disability certificate, since only such persons are entitled to special treatment on Polish labor market.

Celem artykułu jest analiza nierówności w kontekście płci, rodzicielstwa i niepełnosprawności występujących na rynku pracy w sektorach BPO i SSC w Polsce. W opracowaniu dokonano charakterystyki sektorów BPO i SSC oraz obszarów ich ogólnego działania. Zaprezentowano również istotę nierówności na rynku pracy. Ponadto omówiono wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących występowania nierówności w sferze pracy w aspekcie płci, rodzicielstwa i niepełnosprawności w analizowanych organizacjach. W artykule, wykorzystując metodę opisową, dokonano analizy zarówno literatury przedmiotu, jak i wyników własnych badań empirycznych.

This article analyses inequalities in the context of gender, parenthood and disability in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Shared Service Centers (SSC) on Poland's labour market. It characterizes BPO and SSC and the areas of their main business activity and discusses inequalities on the labour market. This article also discusses the results of research on inequalities in gender, parenthood and disability within BPO and SSC; the literature of the subject and these authors' own empirical research.

By using the value of the second derivative of the function at 0, along with the values of the function and its first derivative at 0, we have obtained a refinement of well known Schwarz’s lemma and have used this refinement to obtain refinements, of Aziz and Rather’s inequalities [2004] for a polynomial of degree n having no zeros in |z| < k, (k ≥ 1).

Zarządzanie różnorodnością jest strategią zarządzania stosunkowo nową. Mimo licznych rozważań nadal w większym stopniu pozostaje koncepcją teoretyczną niż programem działań praktycznych. Jak każda koncepcja ma zarówno swoich zwolenników, jak i krytyków. Nawet jeżeli przyjmiemy, że krytyka ta jest w pewnym stopniu zasadna, warto zwrócić uwagę, że wymienionych wcześniej zalet i korzyści wynikających z zarządzania różnorodnością jest zdecydowanie więcej niż ewentualnych wad. Obecnie podkreśla się, że zarządzanie różnorodnością może przynieść organizacji wiele korzyści nie tylko w wymiarach instytucjonalnym i ekonomicznym, lecz także społecznym.

Diversity management is a relatively new management strategy. Despite numerous considerations of this subject it still remains rather a theoretical conception than a practical actions programme. As every conception it has its supporters and critics. Even if we assume that the critic is to a certain degree justified, it is worth noting that there are definitely more above mentioned advantages and benefits resulting from the diversity management than the possible disadvantages. Nowadays it is emphasized that the diversity management may bring a lot of benefits to the organization, not only in institutional and economic dimensions but also social one.

Content available A characterization of convex φ-functions

The properties of four elements (LPFE) and (UPFE), introduced by Isac and Persson, have been recently examined in Hilbert spaces, Lp-spaces and modular spaces. In this paper we prove a new theorem showing that a modular of form ρφ(∫)= ∫ Ω φ (t,/∫(t)/)dμ(t) satisfies both (LPFE) and (UPFE) if and only if φ is convex with respect to its second variable. A connection of this result with the study of projections and antiprojections onto latticially closed subsets of the modular space Lφ is also discussed.

In this paper we have studied the deficient and abundent numbers connected with the composition of φ,φ*, σ,σ* and ψ arithmetical functions , where φ is the Euler totient, φ* is the unitary totient, σ is the sum of divisors, σ* is the unitary sum of divisors and ip is the Dedekind function. In 1988, J. Sandor conjectured that ψ(φ(m))≥m, for all odd m and proved that this conjecture is equivalent to ψ(φ(m))≥m/2 for all m. Here we have studied this equivalent conjecture. Further, a necessary and sufficient conditions of primitivity for unitary r-deficient numbers and unitary totient r-deficient numbers have been obtained . Finally, we have discussed the generalization of perfect numbers for an arithmetical function Eα.

The objective of the present paper is to derive new estimates on some fundamental integral and finite difference inequalities in three variables which can be used as tools in the study of certain integral and sum-difference equations. Some applications are also given to convey the importance of one of our result.

The main object of the present paper is to investigate several results of certain differential operators which were recently introduced and (or) studied in a series of papers by Chen et et al. [1-3], Irmak et al. [8, 10, 11], Dziok et al. [5, 6] and Liu et al. [14]. In addition, some applications of our results involving certain differential inequalities of multivalently analytic and (or) multivalently raeromorphic functions are given. Our certain results also include some recent results in [5, 6, 9, 11, 12].

Some basic properties of subquadratic functions, i.e. functions fulfilling the inequality phi (x + y) + phi(x - y) is less than or equal to 2 phi(x) + 2 phi(y) are proved. In this note X be always a real linear space and R be denotes the set of all reals. Every function phi : X approaches R satisfying the following inequality (1) phi(x + y) + phi(x - y) is less than or equal 2phi(x) + 2phi(y), x, y is an element of X, is called subquadratic. If the sign "is less than or equal to" is replaced by "is more than or equal to" then phi is called superquadratic and if we have "=" instead of " is less than or equal to" in (1) then we say that phi is quadratic function. There are plenty papers devoted to quadratic functions [1], [2], [3] (and references there). In this note some properties of the solutions of (1) will be proved, particularly we will investigate nonpositive solutions of (1). Also interesting question of finding sucient conditions on subquadratic function to be quadratic one will be considered.

The purpose of the present paper is to investigate connections between functions satisfying inequality (*) and solutions of (*) with r = 1/2. As a conclusions we get, that under some regularity assumptions, function f is of the form f = g o alpha, where alpha : X approaches R is an additive and g : R approaches R is monotone.
