The article is devoted to analyzing the need for managers to spend money on developing technological support for organizations to achieve strategic goals. The impact of technologies in various sectors of organizations' activity on the effectiveness of organizational systems is considered. The work examines the activity of Ukrainian profitable and non-profit organizations on the influence of the level of technologicalization of organizational processes on increasing the level of profit and the social effect of activity. The study considered the statistical data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for 2018, 2019, and 2021 according to the indicators Number of enterprises that have access to the internet and the number of employed who have access to the internet and Number of employed who have access to the internet. The given statistical data were quantitatively processed (summarized and compared). With the help of theoretical research methods (deduction and analysis) of the obtained results, it was found that the organization's technological development helps to increase the organization's profitability and the non-profit organization's social effect. The practical value of the article lies in the visual representation of the dependence between the necessity of spending on the technological development of managers of profitable and non-profit organizations and the effectiveness of these organizations.

Increasing requirements in the field of monitoring the impact of machines contributes to the analysis of production processes in order to verify their environmental loads. The research carried out in this area is aimed at identifying the negative impact of the tested object to be able to introduce changes in the consumption of raw materials and energy while limiting the negative impact on the environment. The article will present the results of the life cycle assessment (LCA) of the process of mass, thermo-shrinkable packaging of beverage bags depending on the change in the way the packaging machine is powered. In addition, as part of the analysis, it was indicated which stage of the process has the biggest negative impact on the environment. LCA results are presented at the stage of endpoint characterization.

Z uwagi na fakt że od jakości nie ma odwrotu to w systemie gospodarczym nie walczy się tylko o cenę wyrobu, lecz również o jakość. Z całą pewnością zwyciężają przedsiębiorstwa, które traktują poważnie jakość wyrobu. Zatem certyfikacja zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jest nader aktualna. Jednocześnie należy zauważyć, że przy tak wzrastającej konkurencji przedsiębiorstwa które nie uwzględnią obowiązujących norm przestaną być atrakcyjne.

Certainly, companies that take the quality of the product seriously win. Therefore, the certification of the integrated management system is very valid. At the same time, it should be noted that with such a growing competition, enterprises that do not take into account the existing standards will cease to be attractive.

Procesy zarządzania współdecydują o kondycji finansowej a tym samym o być albo nie być przedsiębiorstwa. Na ich skuteczność ma wpływ szereg czynników, do których zaliczyć można m.in. warunki działania, wymagania klientów, różnorodność produktów i usług oraz konkurencję Uwzględnienie wszystkich czynników sprawia, iż procesy te są bardzo skomplikowane ajednocześnie tylko wówczas są one efektywne. Należy zatem poszukiwać metod zwiększających efektywność funkcj onowania procesów zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwach. W gospodarce rynkowej wymaga się, aby wszelkiego rodzaju decyzje były oparte na racjonalnych przesłankach w celu wyeliminowania błędów przy ich podejmowaniu. Jednym z zasadniczych narzędzi zwiększania jakości decyzji są różnego rodzaju analizy ekonomiczne oparte na wzorcach sprawdzonych w gospodarce rynkowej. W artykule przedstawiono istotę innowacji i jej rolę w nowoczesnym podejściu do zarządzania na rynku TSL. Omówiono strategię stosowane w zarządzaniu wiedzą, a w szczególności koncepcję TQM i jej rolę w podnoszeniu jakości usług w branży TSL. Wskazano Certyfikat ISO jako element zarządzania procesowego.

Enterprise management processes are quite complex, but on the other hand they are increasingly important. This is influenced by number of factors, including: operating conditions, customer requirements, product and service diversity and competition. It is therefore necessary to look for methods that increase the effectiveness of their functioning, because all sorts of decisions must be based on rational premises in order to eliminate errors when they are taken. One of the essential tools for increasing the quality of decisions are various economic analyzes based on market-proven models. This article presents the essence of innovation and its role in a modern management approach to the TSL market. It discusses the essence of knowledge, management strategies, particularly the TQM concept and its role in the quality of service in the TSL industry. An ISO Certificate was indicated as part of process management.

Organization of effective management of municipal waste is a complex management task, characterized by a multiplicity and heterogeneity of the factors that must be taken into account, and multistage associated with different content process applicable at each stage. To make effective management decisions we must to decide the problem of the availability of reliable and timely information. The geo-information system for monitoring and waste management can be seen as a higher-order system element, including for complex socio-eco-economic assessment of the status of the region. The main task of achieving economic efficiency of waste sorting is: "It must be economically profitable for population and management companies to sort waste and dispose them in different containers." To do this, the tariff for the export of unsorted waste containers should be maximized and the cost of removal of sorted waste should be minimal (ideally - zero). The results obtained have allowed significantly improve the capacity and effectiveness of the decisions made, in particular, on issues such as the optimization of traffic flows, division of human settlements into separate areas on a territorial basis and a reasonable preparation of technical tasks in the organization of tender procedures in the management system of sanitary clearing settlements.

Organizacja efektywnego zarządzania odpadami komunalnymi jest złożonym zadaniem, które charakteryzuje się wielością i różnorodnością czynników, które muszą być brane pod uwagę. Jest to wieloetapowy proces związany z różnymi procesami technologicznymi mającymi zastosowanie na po-szczególnych etapach. Problem dostępności wiarygodnej i aktualnej informacji jest wspólny dla wszystkich etapów podejmowania skutecznych decyzji w zakresie obchodzenia się z twardymi odpadami komunalnymi. Geoinformacyjne systemy monitorowania i zarządzania odpadami mogą być postrzegane jako element wyższego rzędu systemowego, również dla kompleksowej oceny społeczno-ekologicznego i gospodarczego statusu regionu. Głównym zadaniem osiągnięcia efektywności ekonomicznej segregacji odpadów jest: „Ludność i spółki zarządzające, które muszą mieć korzyść z sortowania odpadów i wyrzucania ich do różnych pojemników”. Aby to zrobić, taryfy na wywóz nieposortowanych pojemników na odpady powinny być zmaksymalizowane, koszt usuwania odpadów segregowanych powinien być minimalnym (idealnie – zero). Otrzymane wyniki wskazują na znaczne poprawienie skuteczności podejmowanych decyzji szczególnie w takich kwestiach jak optymalizacja ruchu transportowego, podział na osobne obszary terytorium mieszkaniowego, bardziej uzasadnione przygotowania zadań technicznych w organizacji proce-dur przetargowych w systemie zarządzania sanitarnych oczyszczeń zamieszkałych obszarów.

The article presents certain aspects of decision of effective management of supply chains organized for companies. Companies service issues have been identified both in the supply and distribution area. Were defined factors affecting the organization of operating in various spheres of companies. It was pointed out that the basic functions directly related to the core business of companies resulting from the industry, the size and the conditions of competition, e.g. for the production facility, it could be manufacturing process itself, while for the commercial company implementation of marketing strategies and building brand image. The paper also presents the factors affecting the costs and benefits companies interested in outsourcing their logistics providers of comprehensive services. Inter alia the essence of the supply chain functioning, integrated management model of supply chain network including flow of stream of goods and flow of stream of information, objectives of supply chain management, decisions of effective supply chain management concerning on minimizing cost of logistics services and high level of quality of delivery services, performance evaluation measures of processes in the supply chain are presented in the paper.
