Autor pracy, na podstawie znajomości kosztu związanego z rozłogiem pola uprawnego użytku zielonego i odpowiadającego mu wzorca-pola, definiuje efekt scalenia gruntów gospodarstwa rolnego, spowodowany poprawą kształtu pól tego gruntu. W wyniku analizy, w obrębie ewidencyjnym, wyznaczył wymierną ocenę efektu scalenia gruntów gospodarstw rolnych, wywołanego poprawą kształtu pól użytku zielonego. Efekt ten stanowi różnicę między sumą przyrostów kosztu uprawowego związanego z rozłogiem pól użytku zielonego, spowodowanego niepoprawnym kształtem w stanie przed scaleniem, a taką sumą przyrostów po scaleniu gruntów gospodarstw rolnych.

This paper describes the effects of consolidation of agricultural lands on efficient land use patterns based on the costs associated with the spatial pattern of the agricultural land use. The results were analyzed on the basis of a quantifiable assessment of reallocating agricultural fields for one cadastral district to improve the land use patterns. The net effect is the difference between the sum of the increases in agricultural costs from the spatial distribution of the land with inefficient land use patterns before land consolidation and the sum of the increases in costs after land consolidation.
