Przedstawiony w pracy sposób tworzenia modelu (diagnozera) układu napędowego koparki wieloczerpakowej kołowej stosowanej w górnictwie węgla brunatnego pozwala opracować skuteczny sposób diagnozowania stanów rozwijającej się awarii. Aby opracować taki model, niezbędne było przeprowadzenie pomiarów obciążeń w celu określenia dystrybuanty momentu urabiającego. Zastosowano metody probabilistyczne do oceny stanu wszczęcia procesu działaniowego zabezpieczającego przed wystąpieniem awarii.

The way of constructing a power transmission model (diagnoser) of the multi-scoop wheel excavator used in brown coal mining, presented in the study, helps prepare an effective method of diagnosing the states of developing fault. In order to develop such model/diagnoser it was necessary to measure the loads to determine the distribution function of the mining moment. The probability methods were used for determining the state of initiating activities to protect against fault.

The constantly increasing participation of cars as means of transport should entail the development of the whole road transport system. The low level of traffic safety on Polish roads results from the insufficient development of road infrastructure, from the more and more increasing traffic flow, from the fact drivers are not adapted to conditions existing in the, sometimes purposely, but often from inexperience or ignorance about the current unfavorable situation on the road. Here, an advanced monitoring of the road transportation system can assure the improvement. The road transport system, as a wide spread object, causes a number of problems concerning diagnosing its state. In this article two examples of relations diagnoser - diagnosed object are presented, the basic one and a more advanced as the second, enlarged by an increased number of signals concerning the state of the object, being analyzed by the diagnoser, received thanks to modern techniques of satellite navigation and active safety systems installed in the vehicle. The moving vehicle has also been used as additional source of diagnostic information.

Przedstawiono metody budowy strategii systemowych dla zapewnienia właściwego poziomu kryteriów działania taśm przenośników. Zaproponowano metodę projektowania diagnozera dla taśm przenośników taśmowych w oparciu o dane eksploatacyjne. Poszerzono pojęcie Równoważnika diagnostycznego dla taśmy, który określa czasową konieczność diagnozowania. Jako wzorzec dla wskaźnika proponuje się jednostkowy odcinek taśmy, możliwy do jednostkowego, migawkowego oglądu diagnostycznego. Równoważnik diagnostyczny pozwolił na generowanie diagnozerów w oparciu o tablice morfologiczne i oceny wielokryterialne.

Diagnoser synthesis strategy for the conveyors belts is the paper main topic. The methodological basis of belt conveyors diagnosis problems has been presented. The information tools of diagnosis systems have been shown. The paper provides the new designing methodology for the time problems of the belt conveyors diagnosing system. Presented methodology should help in formulating of the belt conveyors diagnosis tools design methodology. The morphologic table and the multi-criteria method were introduced for the diagnose tools (diagnosers) design and evaluation. This method will simplify the diagnose procedures for the conveyors belts degradation processes.
