Ochrona gruntów i lasów jest zadaniem powszechnym i znajduje się w zainteresowaniu wielu dyscyplin naukowych, administracji rządowej i samorządowej, a także posiadaczy nieruchomości. Z tego tytułu występuje szereg ograniczeń w gospodarowaniu nieruchomościami i ma to wpływ na wartość rynkową nieruchomości. Z tych powodów zagadnienia ochrony gruntów rolnych i lasów są przedmiotem zainteresowania rzeczoznawców majątkowych, którzy w tym zakresie mają także swój udział bezpośredni, dokonując określenia wartości dla potrzeb związanych z realizacją przepisów prawnych dotyczących ochrony gruntów rolnych i leśnych. Niniejsze opracowanie ma celu przedstawienie ograniczeń w korzystaniu z nieruchomości oraz ukazaniu zadań rzeczoznawców majątkowych wynikających z aktów prawnych dotyczących ochrony gruntów rolnych i lasów.

Protection of land and forests is a universal project and is in the interest of many scientific disciplines, government and local government, as well as holders of real-estate. In this respect, there are a number of restrictions on real estate management and this has an impact on the market value of the property. For these reasons, the issue of protection of agricultural land and forests are of interest appraisers, who in this respect have also contributed directly by making a determination of the value for con-related to the implementation of the legislation on protection of agricultural land and forests.
