Proponowany system przeznaczony byłby do potrzeb szkolenia bojowego pododdziałów zestawów przeciwlotniczych artylerii lufowej i rakietowej bliskiego i średniego zasięgu. Podstawową cechą systemu byłaby możliwość zapewnienia wykonywania lotów w czasie szkolenia bojowego na poligonie, grupie samolotów-celów. Lot grupy celów odbywałby się według zaprogramowanej przed startem trasie lotu, zgodnie z wymaganiami szkoleniowymi pododdziałów przeciwlotniczych.

The main ways to train antiaircraft missile and artillery troops in live firing is the use of aerial target imitators in the form of planes or rockets. Such imitators are used by the Polish Armed Forces to train antiaircraft troops. Taking into account that such imitators do not provide realistic tactical situations used by the enemy forces, a concept is for development a system of multipurpose unmanned planes imitating the aerial assault forces created on the base of fast unmanned plane MJ-7 SZOGUN. The plane was developed by EUROTECH Ltd. company. The proposed system could be used for training short and middle range antiaircraft troops of artillery or missile units. The main feature of the system could be to provide firing on the range against a few plane-targets manoeuvring according earlier programmed paths.

During peacetime the functioning of artillery units is predominantly related to training, whose purpose is to ideally prepare the units to perform firing mission according to their combat purpose. The training process should be flexible and responsive to innovative information, methods and training means. The article is based on a scientific paper titled „The Organisation of Field Artillery Units Training” and presents its results on the determinants of training preparation and conduct. It has been grouped in three topic related areas: organizational location and equipping of artillery units in weapon systems, tactical conditions of artillery use in combat and normative training directives. The article discusses higher echelon units and artillery batteries (of various purposes and combat capabilities) - attached to battalion level and higher structures - and stresses the associated training challenges. It encourages to implement into training new approaches stemming from rich accomplishments of fire support theory. They are formed by a modified command process model, conduct of close fire support according to procedures applied in leading NATO armies, application of command relations and support relations when commanding artillery units. Special attention is dedicated to the rational approach to tactical exercises, especially exercises of fire control. In the concluding section it is determined that in order to properly prepare artillery units to conduct expected tasks, requires the supervising artillery commanders (and functional personnel) responsible of the training skilful application and linkage of tactical and operational knowledge with proper methodology. It creates premises to attaining a synergistic effect, thus enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of training.

In the article the author touches on issues connected with combat training. He points out to the necessity to use the quality category in this problem analysis. He suggests defining this notion according to the assumption formed by Tedeusz Szczurkiewicz. According to this definition the quality of combat training may be expressed by social coexistence, in particular by relations assigned and regulated by groups that assure the social organisation existence of co-operating people. The factor that supports a wider inclusion of this category into the theory of didactic activities in the army is the fact that it concerns the essence of phenomena taking place in combat training. It also provides a possibility to define it using the entity of didactic and educational results achieved in this process.

The article shows the results of polls conducted on a sample of 385 professional soldiers, 416 conscripts and sociometric research carried out in 18 subunits. Team work, that is an immanent feature of combat actions, proves that in order to achieve combat training tasks the essential role is played by endeavours that aim at forging the sections, companies, divisions and battalions to be teams able to take and conduct common tasks. Empirical data show, however, that social phenomena occurring in the army make achieving this state of subunits difficult. They include, among others, divergences between individual tasks of the subunit members and the team tasks, domination of outer constraint in didactic - educational actions, social stratification of the subunit structure into groups of opposite interests, subculture life.
