Omówiono kształtowanie się charakterystyki częstotliwościowej górnoprzepustowych, eliptycznych struktur bikwadratowych OPA-RC w zależności od szerokości pasma zastosowanych wzmacniaczy operacyjnych (OPA). Dla wzmacniacza operacyjnego przyjęto typowy makromodel częstotliwościowy o charakterystyce 1-biegunowej. Analizę właściwości częstotliwościowych, w tym szerokości pasma, przeprowadzono dla dwóch przykładowych struktur. Wykazano, że istotny wpływ na właściwości częstotliwościowe ma dobór wartości elementów. Stosując odpowiednią procedurę doboru wartości, można minimalizować zniekształcenia charakterystyki, a także maksymalizować szerokość pasma struktur.

In paper it was tested what the frequency characteristic of high-pass elliptic biquadratic structures OPA-RC shapes, in dependence on bandwidth of used operational amplifiers (OPA). For operational amplifier it was assumed typical frequency macromodel with 1-pole characteristic. The analysis of frequency properties, in this analysis of bandwidth, carried out for two exemplary structures. It was proved that shape of the characteristic to some degree depends on some elements values. Using the suitable procedure of choice these values it may minimize characteristic deformation, and as well maximize structures bandwidth.

Omówiono wpływ szerokości pasma wzmacniaczy operacyjnych (OPA) na charakterystyki częstotliwościowe dolnoprzepustowych eliptycznych struktur bikwadratowych OPA-RC. Analizę właściwości częstotliwościowych przeprowadzono dla dwóch przykładowych struktur. Dla wzmacniacza OPA przyjęto typowy makromodel częstotliwościowy o charakterystyce 1-biegunowej. Przeanalizowano odkształcenie charakterystyki częstotliwościowej oraz szerokość pasma struktur w zależności od pasma wzmacniaczy. Wykazano, że do pewnego stopnia kształt charakterystyki zależy od wartości niektórych elementów.

The influence of bandwidth of OPA on frequency characteristics was investigated in this paper. The analysis of frequency properties was carried out for two exemplary structures. For operational amplifier it was assumed a typical frequency macromodel with I-pole characteristic. Deformation of the frequency characteristic and the structure bandwidth in dependence on amplifiers bandwidth were analyzed. It was proved that shape of the char-acteristic to some degree depends on some elements values. The procedure was proposed for optimal choice of the values of (RC) elements, that ensures the characteristic is most approached to ideal one. Optimal values of these (RC) elements ensure that the characteristic of structures do not have any distortion in all frequencies, and these structures can be used in high frequency applications.

Przeanalizowano możliwość realizacji eliptycznego filtru prądowego z użyciem wzmacniaczy transkonduktancyjnych OTA i BOTA. Rozważania ograniczono do przypadku filtru parzystego rzędu o charakterystyce dolnoprzepustowej i górnoprzepustowej. Wzięto pod uwagę pracę filtru wg dwóch koncepcji: przy zwarciowym obciążeniu oraz przy dowolnym obciążeniu. Zaproponowano technikę realizacji filtru w kaskadzie odpowiednich struktur bikwadratowych ze wzmacniaczami OTA oraz BOTA. Przedstawiono kilka praktycznych realizacji tych struktur. Wybrane struktury bikwadratowe przebadano symulacyjnie w programie SPICE™.

In this paper the possibility of current elliptic filter realization by using OTA and BOTA transconductance amplifiers was analyzed. Considerations were limited to the case of even order filter with lowpass and highpass characteristic. It was taken into consideration the filter work according to two conceptions: with shorted load (Zobc = 0) and with arbitrary load (Zobc = var). The filter realization technique in cascade of proper biquadratic structures with OTA and BOTA was proposed. Some Practical realizations of these structures were showed. Chosen biquadratic structures were tested by simulations in packet SPICE™.

In this paper, the sensitivity analysis of the elliptic filters realized by using biquadratic structures was carried out. The influence f spread the structure parameter values on the shape of the frequency characteristic of the filter transmittance modulus was analyzed. The analysis was limited to the case of even order low-pass filter. Defining the proper class of the sensitivity coefficients, the changes influence !f individual structure parameters on the deviation of basic parameter values of the characteristic was considered. The considerations were ilustrated by the numerical example.

W artykule zbadano wrażliwość charakterystyki częstotliwościowej filtrów eliptycznych na zmianę parametrów składowych struktur bikwadratowych. Dla potrzeb przeprowadzonej analizy wrażliwości wprowadzono parametry opisujące jednoznacznie charakterystykę filtrów. W ramach analizy zaproponowano metodę obliczania odchyłek tych parametrów, dla zadanych odchyłek parametrów struktur. Metoda ta bazuje na wyznaczeniu w sposób numeryczny odpowiednich małoprzyrostowych współczynników wrażliwości. Analizę ograniczono do przypadku filtru znormalizowanego parzystego rzędu. Rozważania zilustrowano przykładem liczbowym.

In this article the sensitivity of the characteristic of elliptic filters on influences in the change of parameters of the constituent biquadratic structures was tested. For needs of carried out analyzes of the sensitivity the parameters that describe unambiguous the filters' characteristics were brought into effect. Within the confines of this analyze the method of counting the deviations of these parameters for given deviations of the structure parameters was suggested. This method relies on calculating in numerical way the suitable low-incremental coefficients of the sensitivity. This analyze was limited to the case of normalized filter of the even order. Any considerations were illustrated by means of numerical example.
