W artykule przedstawiono kilka zagadnień automatyki zabezpieczeniowej, które w ostatnich latach stały się przedmiotem zainteresowania międzynarodowej społeczności energetyków. Należą do nich takie obszary jak: automatyka systemowa w ramach smart gridu, nowa architektura obwodów wtórnych stacji czy też zastosowanie techniki fazorów synchronicznych. W przedstawieniu tych zagadnień wykorzystano również poglądy i dyskusje, jakie były prezentowane na sesji CIGRE w Paryżu w sierpniu 2010 roku.

The paper presents information on current world issues related to protection and control. The following issues have been selected: protection and automation schemes applied in smart grid networks, new modern substation secondary circuit architecture and synchronous phasor measurement technology. In this paper some ideas presented on the CIGRE Session in Paris 2010 have been reflected.

Maintaining the system frequency at nominal value and the net tie line power interchange from different areas at their scheduled values is a difficult task. One of the main components of Automatic Generation Control is Load Frequency Control (LFC), one of the major requirements in providing reliable and high quality operation in multi-area power systems. The model of AGC presented in this paper is characterized by: different models of turbines, creation of aggregate turbine for each type of turbine, consideration of several types of turbines participating in the secondary control, consideration of aggregate generation coefficient in forming the rotor angle input of the tie-line model. The obtained model was modified so that the interaction of TCPS as an additional control of frequency and tie-line of power system could be considered.

Utrzymanie częstotliwości oraz mocy wymiany między obszarami SEE na danym poziomie jest trudnym zadaniem. Jednym z podstawowych elementów składowych automatyki systemowej zwanej AGC jest regulacja częstotliwości oraz mocy wymiany (LFC), która jest jednym z głównych narzędzi służących do utrzymania niezawodnej i wysokiej jakości pracy w wieloobszarowym SEE. W tym artykule przedstawiono model LFC, charakteryzujący się następującymi cechami: uwzględnienie wielu rodzajów regulatorów turbin, agregacja turbin, uwzględnienie współczynnika agregacji turbin w kształtowaniu sygnału wejścia. Uzyskany model ponownie zmodyfikowano aby uwzględnić model interakcji LFC z urządzeniem FACTS typu TCPS.

Przypomniano uwarunkowania stosowania rozwiązań z zakresu systemowego zasilania oraz systemowej informatyki i systemowej automatyki. Przedstawiono uwarunkowania techniczno-technologiczne aktualnego poziomu infrastruktury. Podano ogólne tendencje rozwoju systemów eksploatacyjnych pokładów węgla kamiennego. Omówiono niektóre kierunki rozwoju infrastruktury systemowego zasilania, systemowej informatyki, w tym szczególnie pomiaroznawstwa stosowanego oraz systemowej automatyki.

The conditions of applications in the system supply, informatics and automation have been recounted in the paper. There have been presented the technical-technological conditions within the recent level of infrastructure. General development trends in mining systems of hard coal seams have been given. Some development trends in infrastructure of supply system, system informatics including in particularly measurement applied science and system automation have been discussed.

Problems of some protection functions for block turbogenerators 200 MW and above are presented. There are discussed protections to prevent turbogenerator damages in following extemal conditions: o unbalanced load as result of breaker errors, o inadvertent or accidental energizing, o system disturbances that may cause out-of-step conditions. The impedance registration that represents dynamie turbogenerator states is presented.
