90's were very difficult years for Polish enterprises of the shipbuilding industry sector. Total change of functioning's conditions caused necessity for carrying out their permanent restructuring. Those processes were taking actions not only inside enterprises but also concerned whole Polish economy. In practice it appears that all the ventures and attempts that were undertook with reference to shipbuilding industry, even though based on specific law regulations, where burdened with some errors. In spite of that, Polish shipyards' restructuring (except for Stocznia Gdańska), brings positive effects. Present elaboration is devoted to those issues.
