Noncontact method of conducting elements “writing” on insulating Ge-Sb-Te matrix using a laser beam

Direct writing of low resistance wires on an amorphous Ge-Sb-Te matrix is reported. A 1342 nm continuous wave laser was used for local heating of the sample to form these wires. Mechanical contact was not needed for making the conducting elements. The properties of the samples were investigated down to 1.4 K and the laser conditions required for the writing of low resistance GST wires were found. The results are discussed with a view to possible applications, such as connectors and electrical wires made only via remote light exposure of the samples to make different resistors and non-linear elements.

Założeniem pracy jest wykazanie różnic w postrzeganiu legalności transakcji z wykorzystaniem waluty wirtualnej Bitcoin oraz analiza szerokiego spektrum idei, służących uregulowaniu kwestii opodatkowania podatkiem od towarów i usług, tychże transakcji. W artykule postarano się ustalić czy obecnie na świecie istnieje tendencja do ujednolicania stanowiska w kontekście legalności, bezpieczeństwa oraz opodatkowania transakcji z wykorzystaniem protokołu Bitcoin. Przeanalizowano stan prawny na rok 2015 odnoszący się do ów zagadnienia oraz ukazano ewolucję jego zmian w perspektywie ostatnich lat, na obszarach takich jak: Ameryka Północna, Australia, Azja oraz Europa.

The goal of the work is to demonstrate the differences in the perception of the legality of transactions with the use of virtual currency Bitcoin and the analysis of a number of ideas aimed at regulating the issue of tax on goods and services offered around these transactions. In this article one may find the answer to the question whether in the contemporary world there is a tendency to harmonize positions in the context of the legality, safety and taxation transactions using Bitcoin protocol? In the article there has been analyzed the legal status of 2015 relating to this issue and shown the evolution of changes in recent years, in areas such as: North America, Australia, Asia and Europe.

W publikacji poruszono zagadnienia dotyczące wykorzystania metody opartej na teorii szarych systemów (GST ang. Grey system theory) do modelowania i prognozowania pozyskiwania oraz zużycia energii słonecznej. Opracowano prognozy na bazie modelu szarych systemów ze względu na rosnące zapotrzebowanie wykorzystywania odnawialnych źródeł energii, prognozy mają na celu determinacje inwestycji dążących do ekologicznego pozyskiwania energii. Omówiono teorię szarych systemów a w szczególności modelu typu GM(1,1). Do badań wykorzystano dane statystyczne dotyczące Polski opublikowane przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny. Efektem badań są wyniki symulacji całkowitego pozyskania jak i zużycia energii słonecznej w Polsce.

In the publication addressed issues concerning the use of the method based on the grey theory (GST. Grey system theory) for modeling and prediction for the acquisition and consumption of solar energy. Discuss the theory of gray systems and, in particular, model GM (1,1). The test uses the Polish statistics published by the Central Statistical Office. The result of the study are the simulation results of total acquisition and usage of solar energy in Poland.
