The results of study on the influence of iron on the surface tension of liquid ternary Cu-Fe-Sb systems are presented. The measurements were carried out with the sessile drop method, at the range of temperature 1373–1573 K for alloys with constant ratio copper to antimony XCu/XSb = 3 and variable content of iron XFe = 0.02–0.06. It was demonstrated that the surface tension varies as a linear function of concentration of iron. Used addition of iron has just slight influence on the surface tension value of investigated systems. The changes of the surface tensions as a function of temperature were also demonstrated.
