Artykuł zawiera opis systemów autostradowej łączności alarmowej, które są zaliczane do systemów telematyki transportu. Rozważania dotyczą analizy niezawodnościowo-eksploatacyjnej układów zasilania tych systemów. Zaprezentowano graf relacji w rozpatrywanym układzie, a następnie wyznaczano zależności umożliwiających obliczenie wartości prawdopodobieństw przebywania systemu (w ujęciu symbolicznym) w stanach funkcjonalnych: pełnej zdatności, zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa oraz zawodności bezpieczeństwa.

The article contains a description of the highway emergency communication systems, which are included in the transport telematics systems. Considerations apply to the reliability-exploitation analysis of power supplies of these systems. Presented graph of the relationship in considered system, enables calculation of probabilities of system staying (in symbolic terms) in the states of functional: full ability, impendency over safety and unreliability of safety.

The article presents selected objective and subjective methods to assess the quality of voice services in telephone communication. The authors described the impact of the line and acoustic echo phenomena and ambient noise on the functions of telephone communication systems with respect to the speakerphone mode. Additionally, they discussed the possibilities to apply digital technology to improve the quality of voice services in telephone communication and alarm systems.

Przedstawiono wybrane metody oceny jakości usług głosowych w telefonii z uwzględnieniem metod subiektywnych i obiektywnych. Opisano wpływ zjawiska echa akustycznego i liniowego oraz hałasu otoczenia na funkcjonowanie systemów łączności telefonicznej z uwzględnieniem trybu głośnomówiącego. Omówiono możliwości zastosowania techniki cyfrowej dla poprawy jakości usług głosowych w kopalnianych systemach łączności telefonicznej i alarmowej.

The paper presents problems of quantification for quality of service with respect to selected telematic systems that are applicable to roadway transportation. Presents issues related to the assessment of quality of service of one of the motorway telematics systems: the emergency communication system. The essence and tasks of transport telematic systems have been presented in a general outline. The architecture of the fibre optic emergency communication system and the tasks of particular subsystems have also been presented. As about the emergency communication system, the numerical parameters related to network reliability and its transmission performance were considered as the most representative ones. Using the functional structure and the method of sending information through the system, a method for calculating the availability of the motorway emergency communication system was proposed.

W artykule przedstawione zostały zagadnie związane z oceną jakości usługi realizowanej w jednym z systemów telematyki autostradowej, systemie łączności alarmowej. W ogólny sposób opisano istotę i zadania systemów telematyki transportu. Przedstawiona została architektura światłowodowego systemu łączności alarmowej i opisane zostały zadania poszczególnych podsystemów. Wykorzystując strukturę funkcjonalną i sposób przesyłania informacji w systemie zaproponowano sposób obliczania wybranych wskaźników charakteryzujących funkcjonowanie systemu autostradowej łączności alarmowej. W systemie autostradowej łączności alarmowej za najbardziej reprezentatywne uznano miary dotyczące parametrów transmisyjnych, efektywności wykorzystania i gotowości do świadczenia usług transmisyjnych.

Scharakteryzowano satelitarny system COSPAS-SARSAT, przedstawiono kierunki jego rozwoju oraz omówiono protokoły wiadomości nadawanych przez nadajniki alarmowe w tym systemie. Przedstawiono klasyfikację wszystkich dostępnych protokołów oraz omówiono grupę nowych protokołów umożliwiających nadawanie informacji o pozycji geograficznej nadajnika.

The COSPAS-SARSAT satellite system designed to assist search and rescue operations is characterized. There are presented the ways of its future development as well as the protocols of messages transmitted by the distress beacons in this system. The classification of all protocols available in the system is presented and the new protocols which enable transmission of data with a geographical position of the transmitter in distress are described.
