Wisdom quotient as a basic index of human cognitive categories and wisdom attributes

Various understanding of human wisdom is discussed, from common-sense approaches through cognitive considerations to scientific analysis. The main cognitive levels are considered such as: filtering the available information about the appearing situation, comprehensive assessment of the situation, awareness of the consequences about the existing situation and reaction to the existing situation. The basic set of essential a4ributes like knowledge, skills, and inspirations are also analyzed. Based on these considerations some relations between cognitive levels and wisdom atributes are presented. It leads to a definition of the wisdom quotient which is a representative measure of human wisdom behaviors. Some representative cases of such behavior are specified and discussed as human attitudes. It is also shown how computer science approaches can support calculation of some wisdom indexes and, in consequence, allow understanding human wisdom.

Studium syntetyzuje kompleksowe podejście do Systemu Geoinformatycznego Cywilizacji, w szczególności na poziomach światowym oraz krajowym ponieważ klimat nie ma granic. Rozwiązania zaczyna przypomnienie dwóch podejść w projektowaniu systemów informatycznych; oddolnym i odgórnym. Pierwsze podejście prowadzi do wysp informacyjnych a drugie jest właściwe dla geoinformatyki. Sformułowano Trójkąt Śmierci Cywilizacji złożony z trzech bomb; populacyjnej, ekologicznej i wyczerpania się strategicznych zasobów. Rozważania są również podane w odniesieniu do liczby przestrzeni (D) w jakich można rozważać system kierowania Geoinformatycznego.

The study synthesizes a comprehensive approach to the Geoinformatic System for Civilization, in particular at global and national levels because the climate has no boundaries. The consideration begins with a reminder of two approaches in designing information systems; bottom-up and top-down. The first approach leads to information islands and the second is appropriate for geoinformatics. The Death Triangle of Civilizations was formed with three bombs; population, ecological and the depletion of strategic resources. Considerations are also given in relation to the number of spaces (D) in which the Geoinformatics Guidance System can be considered.
