Wpływ ciśnienia w kole pneumatycznym na skuteczność tłumienia drgań w układzie zawieszenia pojazdu

W pracy zidentyfikowano czynniki mające wpływ na proces tłumienia drgań w zawieszeniu pojazdu samochodowego. Przygotowano metodykę badań eksperymentalnych, których celem było wyznaczenie zależności między ciśnieniem w oponach pneumatycznych i wartością wskaźnika EUSAMA. Testom poddano 10 losowo wybranych pojazdów o różnych rodzajach kół pneumatycznych. Pomiary realizowano dla ciśnienia nominalnego i obniżonego o 10%, 20%, 30% i 40%, a także przy ciśnieniu podwyższonym o 10%. Wykonano wizualizację wyników zarejestrowanych w czasie badań i na ich podstawie wygenerowano równania opisujące zależność ciśnienia w oponach pneumatycznych i wartością wskaźnika EUSAMA. Przeprowadzone analizy wykazały, że zmiany ciśnienia w oponie, w badanym zakresie mogą spowodować podwyższenie wartości wskaźnika EUSAMA nawet o 35%.

The study in the literature regarding the exploitation of suspension in cars has been carried out. The variables influencing the process of suppression of vibrations in motor vehicle suspension have been identified. Methodology of experimental research has been prepared with the aim to identify a dependence between the pressure in the pneumatic tires and the value of the EUSAMA pointer. There was 10 randomly selected vehicles with different kinds of pneumatic wheels tested. The measures have been produced for the nominal pressure and decreased by 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% and also with the pressure increased by 10%. The visualisation of the results registered at the time of the research has been created. Based on those results, the equations describing the dependence between the pressure in pneumatic tires and the value of the EUSAMA pointer have been generated. The analysis has shown that the changes of the pressure in pneumatic tires in the researched area can cause a decrease in the value of the EUSAMA pointer even by 35%.
