Wyzwania stojące przed bilansowaniem energii elektrycznej w związku ze zmianami w polskim mixie energetycznym

W artykule omówiono zmiany zachodzące w Krajowym Systemie Elektroenergetycznym, w związku ze zwiększającym się udziałem mocy zainstalowanej w Odnawialnych Źródłach Energii. Dokonano analizy produkcji dobowogodzinowej farm fotowoltaicznych i elektrowni wiatrowych oraz jej charakterystyki w poszczególnych miesiącach roku. Coraz większy udział niesterowalnej produkcji energii elektrycznej przez OZE powoduje wzrost ilości przypadków występowania dużego niezbilansowania na Rynku Bilansującym. W nadchodzących latach dojdzie do stopniowego wyłączania bloków węglowych, które obecnie pełnią rolę Jednostek Wytwórczych Centralnie Dysponowanych i służą prawidłowemu bilansowaniu KSE. W związku z tym, większą rolę w bilansowaniu systemu będą musiały pełnić magazyny energii, bloki gazowe i inne źródła takie jak elektrownie wiatrowe. W artykule przedstawiono aktualną charakterystykę tych jednostek. Przedstawiono także plany inwestorów i instytucji państwowych w zakresie budowy nowych elektrowni szczytowopompowych i bloków gazowych. Zwiększenie mocy zainstalowanej tych jednostek jest niezbędne do prawidłowego bilansowania energii elektrycznej, a tym samym zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa KSE.

The article describes the changes taking place in the National Power System, due to the increasing share of installed capacity in Renewable Energy Sources. An analysis of the daily and hourly production of photovoltaic farms and wind power plants and its characteristics by month of the year was made. The increasing share of non-controllable electricity production by RES is increasing the number of cases of large imbalances in the Balancing Market. In the coming years, there will be a gradual shutdown of coal-ﬁred units, which currently act as Centrally Dispatched Generating Units and serve to correctly balance the NPS. As a result, energy storage facilities, gas-ﬁred units and other sources such as Wind power plants will have to play a greater role in balancing the system. The article presents the current characteristics of these units. The plans of investors and state institutions for the construction of new pumped storage power plants and gas blocks are also presented. Increasing the installed capacity of these units is necessary for proper balancing of electricity and consequently ensuring the security of the NPS.

A description of the development of HR Tech startups in Poland

This article presents the problem of development and survival of startups providing services in the field of human resources. Research on startup success factors indicates that many variables simultaneously determine the possibility of survival in the market. The data used for the analysis were sourced from the website: www.mamstartup.pl (a database of startups established in Poland) and other publicly available data. The results of the analysis indicate that HR Tech is an industry that includes specific services for entrepreneurs, employees, or labour market participants in general. In the period surveyed (2012–2020) about 44% of startups from this industry in Poland ceased their activities. There is a lack of detailed, publicly available data on their funding. The startups under study use business models focused on generating revenue from the user of a given IT solution. The analysis shows that the survival and development of HR Tech startups in Poland is quite difficult; the problem is probably the specificity of services and their questionable profitability in the industry studied.

The article presents the general organization and operating principles of the national departmental standardization system. The characteristics of the tasks carried out in the area of defense and security, in the new formal, legal, and organizational conditions related to the passive defense of the Polish Navy ships are presented. In addition, the article contains a brief description of standardization documents in the area of national defense applied in the Armed Forces of Poland. One of the areas related to the passive defense and measurements of physical fields in the Polish Navy was also indicated. Normalization is a way by which the Polish Navy can support the development of the military potential through the introduction of new equipment and weapons, which also contributes to the development of scientific research.

W artykule przedstawiono organizację i ogólne zasady działania krajowego resortowego systemu normalizacji. Scharakteryzowano zadania realizowane w obszarze obronności i bezpieczeństwa w nowych uwarunkowaniach formalno-prawnych. Ponadto zawarto w nim krótki opis dokumentów normalizacyjnych z obszaru obronności państwa stosowanych w Siłach Zbrojnych RP oraz wskazano jeden z obszarów obejmujących normalizację zagadnień związanych z obroną bierną i pomiarami pól fizycznych w Marynarce Wojennej RP. Normalizacja jest sposobem, za pomocą którego poprzez wprowadzanie nowego sprzętu i uzbro-jenia Marynarka Wojenna RP może wspomagać rozwój potencjału wojskowego państwa, co przyczynia się również do rozwoju badań naukowych.
