Celem niniejszego artykułu jest usystematyzowanie założeń do projektowania systemu informatycznego, przeznaczonego do zarządzania procesami biznesowymi, występującymi w ramach przedsięwzięć realizujących szkolenia, w tym te prowadzone w trybie e-learningowym. Zakłada się, że wykonane przez autorów przedprojektowe, konceptualne modelowanie procesów biznesowych i czynności niezbędnych w zakresie organizacji, prowadzenia i rozliczania szkoleń, dostarczy projektantom zweryfikowanej wiedzy domenowej i poprzez to zwiększy jakość projektowanego systemu informatycznego, wspomagającego funkcjonowanie firmy świadczącej usługi szkoleniowe.

The purpose of this article is standardisation of the assumptions for the design of an IT system intended for managing business processes present within the framework of training implementation undertakings, including those carried out in the e-learning mode. It is assumed that the pre-project, conceptual modelling of business processes and operations necessary for the organization, running and settlement of training, developed by the authors, shall provide the designers with the revised domain knowledge and by this it will increase the quality of the proposed IT system supporting the functioning of a company providing training services.

Developing the computerization concept of the commercial agency by combining analytical perspectives

The article presents the case of study of the computerization concept of a typical commercial agency, worked out through the view model and viewpoints framework. Simultaneous use of standard (business, object, structural) and unconventional (reach picture, organizational chart) analytical perspectives in the process of developing the concept of an information system has increased, according to the authors, the chance to build the transparent, clear, useable system.
