Fluoroligomers are liquid steamy oligomeric compounds of fluorine with oxygen and carbon. The chemosorbic compounds with metal are composing after coating the surface of detail with fluoroligomer. The aim of this research is to investigate the formation regularity of fluoroligomeric coats and influence of those materials to on the mechanical properties of surface. It was estimated that the thickness of fluoroligomeric coats depends on its concentration and coating method, but practically not depends on number of treatments. The coat evenness depends on number of coatings, oligomer concentration and coating method. Increment the concentration and treatment number increases the coat evenness. The molecules in fluoroligomeric coat layer at the pad of material are oriented parallel to the pad. This orientation changes receding from the pad. The fluoroligomer treatment decreases the micro-hardness of solid body till 15 % at 0,03 ... 0,04 mm deep because of chemosorbic interaction with steel. The change of micro-hardness decreases receding from the solid surface.
