Przedstawiono obliczenia numeryczne stateczności skarp starego nadpoziomowego składowiska odpadów w Radiowie koło Warszawy. Parametry geotechniczne odpadów wyznaczano z wykorzystaniem analizy wstecznej, uzupełnionej analizą składu i wieku odpadów oraz badaniami in situ. Do obliczeń stateczności skarp wykorzystano zarówno klasyczne metody analizy (program GEO-SLOPE), jak również analizę opartą na MES (program Z-SOIL). Obliczenia stateczności wykonano w odniesieniu do stanu aktualnego oraz docelowego ukształtowania korpusu.

Numerical calculation of hight slopes of an old hight storage of wastes in Radiowo close to Warsaw. Geotechnic parameters of the waste has been di- scover using reverers analysis complemented with analyse of stock and age well as inspected "in situ". The stability was made relating to actual shape and destinated arrange of the corps.

The paper presents the stability analysis of old large landfills of embankment type, localised nearby Warsaw, i.e. Radiowo. The reinforcement solytions applied on the landfill body as well as influence of leachote level in waste body were taken into account in stability analysis. The reiforcement method consist of retaining wall, berms, geogrids and tyre mattreses. The paper also presents shear strength parameters determined for wastes disposed on the landfill. Field tests consisting of morphological analysis, settlement rneasurements, WST and CPT soundink, back stability analysis as well as slope failure tests performet for determination of waste mechanical parameters. Stability analysis of the high landfill slopes were perform by classical (GEO-SLOPE numerical program) and finie element methods (Z-SOIL numerical program). The applied slope reinforcements and assurance of the proper performance of the leachate drainage have are of the greatest importance for the landfill slope stability.
