W artykule zamieszczono wybrane wyniki badań dotyczące inspirowania sztucznej sieci neuronowej metodami informatyki kwantowej. Zwrócono uwagę na kwantyzację i dekwantyzację liczb rzeczywistych na liczby kwantowe, co związane było m.in. z wykorzystaniem pojęcia kwantowej liczby mieszanej. Do zwiększenia dokładności obliczeń zaproponowano systemową sztuczną sieć neuronową inspirowaną metodami informatyki kwantowej. Wyniki badań teoretycznych zinterpretowano na konkretnych przykładach liczbowych. Artykuł jest kontynuowany w pracy pod tym samym tytułem głównym i podtytułem: Część 2. Model ruchu robota PR-02.

The article presents selected results of the study of the possibility of inspiring the artificial neural network with the methods of quantum computing. Attention was paid to the quantization and dequantization of real numbers to quantum numbers, which was related to using the quantum concept of a mixed number. Attention was also paid to various methods of conducting quantum computations, including a systemic method using an artificial neural network, and on this basis an algorithm for conducting quantum computations was proposed. Theoretical remarks were interpreted on specific numerical examples.

The paper presents selected results of research on the use of artificial intelligence methods, which are inspired by quantum computing solutions for modelling of electric power exchange systems. Methods used in the modelling of quantum data acquisition, quantization and dequantization of information as well as the methods of performing quantum computations were emphasized. Furthermore, we have analysed the results obtained for the neural model and for the evolutionary algorithm inspired by the quantum computer science. Eventually, the model was verified on the example of the neural model of the Electric Power Exchange (EPE).

The work contains selected results of the neural modelling for the Electric Power Exchange (EPE) for the Day Ahead Market (DAM). The paper contains description of the neural modelling method, the way of preparing (pre-processing) data used for leaning of Artificial Neural Network (ANN), description of achieved neural models of EPE, the comparative study results and the sensitivity study results. The results which was obtained was interpreted and discussed in the systemic category.

The work contains results of research on the possibility to improve the neural model of the Electric Power Exchange (polish: Towarowa Giełda Energii Elektrycznej – TGEE) in MATLAB and Simulink environment using evolutionary algorithm inspired by quantum computer science. The developed artificial neural network was trained using data for the Day Ahead Market, assuming the joint volume of supplied and sold electrical energy [MWh] as the input quantities in each hour of the 24-hour day, and average prices [PLN/MWh] as output quantities. The obtained model of the exchange system was improved using the evolutionary algorithm, and further improvement in the accuracy of the model by supplementing the evolutionary algorithm using quantum solutions, related to the initial population, crossover and mutation operators, selection, etc. were proposed.

The work contains selected results of the modelling of neural Electric Power Exchange (EPE) in Poland. For modelling EPE system, artificial neural network (ANN) was constructed. ANN was learned and tested using of the next day market data. Generated neural model was used for simulation tests and susceptibility tests. Suitable model was implemented in Simulink. As a result of simulation tests and susceptibility testing a lot of interesting research results were obtained.

Land surface temperature (LST) plays an important role in many land-surface processes on regional as well on global scales. It is also a good indicator of energy flux phenomena and is used as a parameter in various Earth observation related studies. However, LST estimation based on processing and utilisation of satellite derived data constitutes several problems in terms of time limitations, accessibility, atmospheric influence etc. The aim of the study was to verify and compare the algorithms especially in the context of minimalisation of errors in LST estimation by satellite observation using various means of GIS data processing and integration. Also, the indirect verification of the LST estimation methods, based on the utilisation of statistics and dependencies of LST, NDVI and air temperature values has been presented and discussed. The presented work has the form of a case study, and due to limited amount of verification data used in the current stage of the investigation, the results should be treated as preliminary. The developed GIS solution for integrating spatial data from many sources needed in the course of this study is also presented.

Omówiono efekty działania zaleceń ustawy o biokomponentach i biopaliwach ciekłych. Porównano wskaźniki dla Polski z odpowiednimi wskaźnikami w krajach UE. Stwierdzono, że niebawem skończą w Polsce się deklaracje co do wzrostu wykorzystania biopaliw transportowych, a produkcja biopaliw pierwszej generacji: estrów metylowych rzepaku, bioetanolu nabierze rozmachu. Rozpoczną także produkcję pierwsze biogazownie wytwarzające biopaliwa gazowe drugiej generacji.

Discussed are effects of recommendations comprised in the Act concerning biocomponents and liquid biofuels. Compared are Polish indexes with the corresponding ones in the UE countries. Ascertained is that Poland will soon pass from the stage of declaring the increase of transport biofuels utilization to the stage of producing first generation biofuels like rapeseed oil methyl esters and bioethanol. Also first biogas plants will start producing gas biofuels of the second generation.
