Stick-hinged capturing devices for automatic capture, opening and holding of bags at filling by free-flowing material with possibility of their following closing for insertion are developed. The produced calculations and modeling of dynamics of movement of devices confirm their efficiency. The scheme of complex automation of packaging process of free-flowing materials in bags is offered.

The paper presents a new fast algorithm to calculate periodic auto- and crosscorrelation functions of Frank sequences. It is based on a 2-dimensional representation of the sequences and a combination of the spectral and direct correlation function calculation methods. In this case the computational accuracy is enhanced and the number of the required complex operations is reduced twice.

Two current limitations of speculation analysis by HPLC-ICP MS: the difficulty to re-cover quantitatively intact metal species from solid samples and the difficulties with the identification of chromatographic signals are discussed. The illustrative experimental examples include investigation of solid-Iiquid extraction of metal-polysaccharide com-plexes from a food sample with customized mixtures of enzymes, detection, identifica-tion and investigation of the composition and stoichiometry of Cd, Z n -metallothionein complexes by HPLC-ICP MS and HPLC-electrospray (ESI) MS without and with post-column derivatization, and structural characterisation and quantification of cobalt complexes with macrocyclic ligands by ESI MS and tandem ESI MS.

Scharakteryzowano dwa ograniczenia analizy specjacyjnej za pomocą HPLC-ICP MS: trudność ilościowego odzysku pierwotnych postaci metalu i trudności z identyfikacją sygnałów chromatograficznych. Podane przykłady obejmują badanie ekstrakcji ciało stałe-ciecz kompleksów metalopolisacharydowych z próbek żywności przy zastoso-waniu handlowych mieszanin enzymów, wykrywanie i identyfikację. Przykłady te dotyczą też zadania składu i stechiometrii metlrlotioneinowych kompleksów Cd i Z n za pomocą HPLC-ICP I HPLC-MS z rozpylaniem elektrycznym (ESI) przy zastosowaniu i bez zastosowania derywatyzacji za kolumną oraz charakterystyki strukturalnej i iloś-ciowej kompleksów kobaltu z ligandami makrocyklicznymi za pomocą ESI MS i tandemowej ESI MS.
