The structure-phase transformations that occur in TiN/Ti/Si system during pulse photon processing carried out with the incoherent light have been investigated using TEM method. The electrical and optical properties of C49 TiSi2 have been also studied.

Przeprowadzono badania transformacji strukturalno-fazowych, jakie występują w układzie TiN/Ti/Si podczas obróbki impulsowofotonowej światłem niespójnym przy użyciu metody elektronowej mikroskopii transmisyjnej (TEM). Badano również właściwości elektryczne i optyczne C49 TiSi2.
