Artykuł stanowi studium przypadku na temat transportu drogowego materiałów niebezpiecznych przedsiębiorstwa handlowego z sektora paliw płynnych. Celami artykułu są: przedstawienie istoty transportu drogowego paliw płynnych na przykładzie podmiotu gospodarczego prosperującego w obszarze badawczym oraz identyfikacja i oddziaływanie zjawiska „szarej strefy” występującego w branży energetycznej na podmioty gospodarcze operujące w segmencie obrotu produktami ropopochodnymi. Bodźcem intelektualnym do przedstawienia w niniejszym artykule przedmiotowego tematu jest identyfikacja luki poznawczej w zakresie transportu z perspektywy przedsiębiorstwa dystrybuującego paliwa płynne oraz kilkuletnie doświadczenie zawodowe autora na stanowisku kierowniczym w analizowanym obszarze. Postawione cele determinują wybór następujących metod badawczych: analiza literatury, czasopism, aktów prawnych oraz badania empiryczne dokumentacji wewnętrznej przedsiębiorstwa. Osiągnięcie celów jest odzwierciedlone w strukturze artykułu.

The article is a case study on the road transport of dangerous goods by a trading company from the liquid fuels sector. The goals of the article are: to present the essence of road transport of liquid fuels on the example of a thriving business entity in the research area, and to identify and influence the grey economy phenomenon of the energy sector on business entities operating in the segment of trade in petroleum products. An intellectual incentive to present this topic in this article is to identify the cognitive gap in the field of transport from the perspective of the company distributing liquid fuels and several years of professional experience of the author as a manager in the analysed area. The set goals determine the selection of the following research methods: analysis of literature, journals, legal acts and empirical studies of internal documentation of the enterprise. Achieving the goals is reflected in the structure of the article.

W artykule dokonano próby oceny dostępności komunikacyjnej transportu zbiorowego na trasie Rzeszów-Leżajsk. Do analizy wybrano dwie trasy. Jedną prowadzącą przez Sokołów Małopolski i drugą przez Łańcut. Główne źródło danych do analizy stanowił rozkład jazdy wraz z cennikiem biletów na wybranej trasie. Analizie poddano rozkład jazdy z dnia 15.10.2014 roku, a zatem została ona przeprowadzona dla dnia roboczego, który ze względu na swój charakter jest bardziej miarodajny. Celem artykułu jest analiza dostępności komunikacyjnej miasta Rzeszowa oraz ocena dostępności transportu zbiorowego na trasie Rzeszów-Leżajsk. Postawione cele determinują wybór następujących metod badawczych: analiza literatury polskiej i zagranicznej oraz badania empiryczne.

In the article they made the attempt of the evaluation of the communications availability of the public transport on the route Rzeszów-Leżajsk. For analysis two routes were chosen. One leading through of Sokołów Małopolski and second through Łańcut. For analysis a timetable constituted the main data source along with the price list of tickets of hauliers going to and fro on the chosen route. A timetable was analysed from 15.10.2014 of the year, that is she stayed conducted for working days which on account of their character is more competent. Presenting transit needs reported towards the passenger transport, analysis of the communications availability of the city of Rzeszów and the evaluation of the availability of the public transport are a purpose of the article on the route Rzeszów-Leżajsk. Built cells are determining choice about the following research methods: analysis of Polish and foreign literature and empirical examinations.

Osiągnięcie celów jest odzwierciedlone w strukturze artykułu.

The article constitutes the case study about delivery channels and conditioning of choice of channels by the enterprise from the pasta industry. Describing nature of delivery channels is a purpose of the article and of determinants of the choice channels of distribution by the enterprise from the food industry. Built cells are determining choice about the following research methods: analysis of Polish and foreign literature and the empirical research on internal documentation of the enterprise. The achievement of the goals is reflected in the structure of the article.

Relacje w kanałach pośrednich dotyczą głównie hurtowników i dystrybutorów, którzy swoimi działaniami wpływają na rozwój przedsiębiorstwa i jego wizerunek. Celem artykułu jest określenie podstawowych kryteriów doboru partnerów w kanale dystrybucji, które w bezpośredni sposób wpływają na realizację strategii przedsiębiorstwa. Postawione cele determinują wybór następujących metod badawczych: analiza literatury polskiej i zagranicznej oraz studium przypadku. Osiągnięcie celów jest odzwierciedlone w strukturze artykułu.

The enterprise using intermediaries in the marketing process must decide on definite – smaller, or bigger – scope of the cooperation. Relations in indirect channels concern wholesalers and distributors mainly, which with one’s action enterprises and his image influence the development. Determining essential selection criteria of partners in the delivery channel which in the direct way influence the implementation of strategies is a purpose of the article enterprises. Artykuł stanowi przedstawienie istoty kongestii transportowej w mieście oraz koncepcji integracji transportu zbiorowego z indywidualnym, jakim jest carpooling. Kongestia transportowa, inaczej zatłoczenie komunikacyjne, korek drogowy, zator czy korek uliczny to negatywny skutek szybkiego rozwoju urbanizacji miast. Jednym z głównych czynników powstania kongestii transportowych jest większa liczba używanych pojazdów indywidualnych, a potencjalnym rozwiązaniem, które pozwoli na redukcję natężenia jej jest carpooling. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie istoty kongestii transportowej oraz wskazanie, iż carpooling to metoda, która może pomóc w obniżeniu poziomu kongestii transportowej w miastach w przyszłości, po wprowadzeniu przez władze samorządowe działań informacyjnych i edukacyjnych, a także różnego rodzaju przywilejów dla osób biorących czynnie udział w carpooling’u. Wykorzystane zostały następujące metody badawcze: analiza literatury polskiej i zagranicznej oraz analiza źródeł wtórnych z serwisów internetowych oraz ankiety badawczej przeprowadzonej wśród mieszkańców Rzeszowa i okolicznych miejscowości.

The article constitutes describing the being for transport congestion in the city and the concept of integration of the public transport from individual such as carpooling. A transport congestion, differently a communications congestion, a road cork, a traffic hold-up or a traffic jam are adverse effects of a mushroom growth of the urbanization of cities. A substantial amount of used individual vehicles is one of main factors of the coming into existence of transport congestions, and is a potential solution which will let her the reduction in the intensity carpooling. Describing nature of the transport congestion is a purpose of the article and the reading, that carpooling it is a method which can help the transport congestion lower the level in cities in the future, after implementing information actions and privileges educational, as well as of different kind by self-government authorities for participating actively persons in carpooling'u. The following research methods were used: analysis of Polish and foreign literature and analysis of secondary sources from online services and the research questionnaire form conducted amongst residents of Rzeszów and nearby towns.
