Modeling and optimization of a multiphase sequential technological process in printing production

A method for evaluating the characteristics of a sequential multiphase technological process in printing production is proposed. This method uses a simulation model based on the mathematical apparatus of queuing systems, which allows us to study the flow of production processes taking into account the employment of time resources and the availability of the necessary amount of material resources. The article considers two cost models of queuing, which are aimed at achieving a compromise between the profit received from the implementation of the planned production volume, and the loss of profit caused by delays in the production process and possible restrictions on the volume of production.

Celem pracy było zaproponowanie metody oceny charakterystyk sekwencyjnego wielofazowego procesu technologicznego dla produkcji poligraficznej. Metoda ta wykorzystuje model symulacyjny oparty na aparacie matematycznym. Pozwala on badać przebieg procesów produkcyjnych z uwzględnieniem wykorzystania zasobów czasowych oraz dostępności wymaganej ilości zasobów materialnych. W artykule zaprezentowano dwa modele wartościowe usług masowych, które mają na celu osiągnięcie kompromisu między zyskiem uzyskiwanym z realizacji planowanej wielkości produkcji a utratą zysku z powodu opóźnień w procesie produkcyjnym i ewentualnych ograniczeń wielkości produkcji.

In this paper, the information-management model of the development process of innovative technologies of printing production is offered, based on which the process of development of innovative technologies of printing production is interpreted as the information object, which changes meaningfully and structurally in the process of its creation. In terms of emerged innovations in the development of innovative technologies of printing production in the framework of the information-management model it is possible to change the control actions in permissible values following changes in the current and final requirements for the subject area. Current innovative decisions are made based on an intelligent decision support system in the subject area.

W artykule zaproponowano model zarządzania informacją w procesie opracowania innowacyjnych technologii produkcji poligraficznej. Na tej podstawie interpretuje się go jako obiekt informacyjny, którego treść i struktura zmieniają się w trakcie tworzenia. Z punktu widzenia innowacji, podczas opracowania nowych technologii produkcji poligraficznej, w ramach modelu zarządzania informacją, możliwa jest zmiana sterujących działań w dopuszczalnych granicach, dostosowanych odpowiednio do bieżących i końcowych wymogów tej produkcji. Aktualne innowacyjne decyzje podejmuje się na podstawie systemu intelektualnego wsparcia podjęcia decyzji w tym obszarze tematycznym.
