Probabilistyczne miary oceny dostawców w łańcuchu logistycznym produkcji masowej

Według tradycyjnej procedury ocena i wybór dostawców następuje przed podpisaniem umowy i rozpoczęciem realizacji dostaw. Następnie w ramach przeglądów okresowych przeprowadzana jest weryfikacja na podstawie wiedzy o historii dostaw. W prezentowanej pracy zaproponowano miarę probabilistyczną, która może być wykorzystywana w tej okresowej ocenie. Na podstawie danych historycznych dotyczących niezgodności dostaw tworzone są charakterystyki dostawców w formie rozkładów statystycznych. Pozwala to na wyznaczanie prawdopodobieństwa występowania określonych niezgodności i określania ryzyka wystąpienia niedoborów zaburzających proces produkcji. Przedstawiona miara o charakterze ilościowym może być elementem kreowania zasad gospodarki magazynowej.

According to the traditional procedure, evaluation and selection of suppliers is made before signing the contract and the commencement of delivery. Then, within the framework of periodic re-evaluation, verification based on knowledge of the history of supplies is applied. In the present article a probabilistic measure is proposed, which can be used for the interim assessment. On the basis of historical data on the non-compliance of supply, the characteristics of providers are created in the form of statistical distributions. This allows the determination of the probability of occurrence of certain mismatches and determination of the risk of shortage occurrence, which interferes the production process. Presented quantitative measure can be an element in creation the rules of warehouse management.

W artykule omówiono zagadnienie klasyfikacji regionów, z uwzględnieniem analizy wielowymiarowej. Pokazano możliwość zastosowania w tym celu zmodyfikowanej metody DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Zamieszczono przykłady klasyfikacji województw na podstawie wybranych danych zaczerpniętych z publikacji GUS. Wyniki przedstawiono w postaci diagramów Hassego pokazując relacje częściowego porządku ze wskazaniem pozycji regionu świętokrzyskiego.

The paper discusses the issue of regions classification with using multi-dimensional analysis, showing the possibility of using a modified DEA method (Data Envelopment Analysis). Example classifications of the regions are presented, based on selected data taken from the publications of Central Statistical Office of Poland. The results are given in the Hasse diagrams form to show partial order relations and the position of świetokrzyskie region.

The processes of organization and management in modern organizations are dependent on the continuous supply and flow of accounting and managing information. Efficiency measured by the degree of rationality of management decisions increases significantly through the use of Management Computer Systems (MCS). Therefore, making right decisions about creation, development and use of the MCS is vital for any organization. The paper presents an original method to identify the level of growth of MCS using model-based diagnostic method based on the one proposed by R.L. Nolan stage model of growth of information technology (IT) within companies. The authors present the framework for designing the measurement instrument to survey the level of MCS growth as a questionnaire with an applied method of checklists. They present a quantitative approach using the tools and mathematical methods to determine the form of a continuous measurement of MCS growth rate. The introduction of continuous measurement in terms of growth rate to identify the stages of MCS development defined as the Nolan's index in place of the commonly used discrete measure increases the accuracy of diagnosis and allows comparing the states of the objects diagnosed as belonging to the same stage. The paper presents the center of gravity method and modified DEA method (Data Envelopment Analysis), each in two versions depending on the type of approximation functions taking into account the coexistence of the properties in a considered object which are characteristic for the different phases of development. Of the four procedures for determining, Nolan's ratio points out as the best the DEA method with a non-linear approximation function of g. The selection is based on the analysis of the results of the computational experiment. The smallest average deviation from the arithmetic mean of the Nolan's index calculated with discussed procedures was taken as a quality criterion. The authors expose prominent advantages of quantitative approaches, including the possibility of building an expert system that allows collection, analysis and interpretation of the facts about a particular organization and produce the recommendation for MCS growth with achieving alignment between information systems and organization as a whole.

Zarządzanie współczesnymi organizacjami wymaga umiejętności harmonizowania rozwoju organizacji i poziomu rozwoju technologii informacyjnych dla zapewnienia sprawności wewnętrznej organizacji oraz zdolności do kooperowania z otoczeniem. W artykule przedstawiono model mapy rozwoju organizacji, który operacjonalizuje postulat harmonijnego wzrostu organizacji zarówno z punktu widzenia czynników wewnętrznych, jak i zewnętrznych.

Present organization management requires specific skills to harmonize organization development and information systems for internal efficiency and ability to wide cooperation. Map of organization development basing on correlation between area of business and IT is presented. Model could be useful for concurrent growth planning in both areas to stay on harmonic path of organization development taking internal as well as external influences into consideration.
