The article in accordance with the "process approach" ISO 9000 is substantiated the necessity of creating underground gas storage system monitoring and control, including objects, parameters, methods, frequency and corrective action, on the basis of which made structural formula monitoring cycle. Qualimetrical approach allows to define complex criteria of an estimation of efficiency of operation, which will help to make timely and effective management decisions, including from the perspective of environmental protection.

W artykule, zgodnie z „podejściem procesowym” ISO 9000, wykazana została konieczność stworzenia systemu monitoringu i kontroli podziemnego magazynowania gazu, w tym: obiektów, parametrów, metod, częstotliwości działań naprawczych, który wykonany zostanie na podstawie wzoru strukturalnego cyklu monitoringu. Podejście jakościowo-wskaźnikowe pozwala na definiowanie złożonych kryteriów oszacowania efektywności działania, które będą pomocne w podejmowaniu skutecznych decyzji w zakresie zarządzania w odpowiednim czasie, w tym również z punktu widzenia ochrony środowiska.

Presents a methodology qualimetrical evaluation of achievements of the students, using a common approach to the definition of the levels of quality in the individual components of student activities and the total of its rating. Visibility approach is supported by the proposed «the tree of the rating».

W artykule przedstawiono metodykę oraz sposób oceny osiągnięć studentów z wykorzystaniem wspólnego podejścia do definicji poziomów jakości w poszczególnych składnikach działalności studenckich oraz sumę jej ratingu. Widoczność proponowanego podejścia jest wspierana przez „drzewo rankingowe”.

Quality of teaching at a Higher Education Institution certainly depends on the integrity and quality of its training and methodological support. However, in order to improve this quality it is necessary to have a sound methodology for evaluation of such support. This article contains a list of recommended university teaching course materials, criteria of their separate components evaluation and an approach to calculating the quality levels of separate components and teaching course materials as a whole.
