In this article the results of theoretical and experimental testing are provided for two-stage centrifugal refrigerant compressor with cooling capacity less then 100 kW and operating with Refrigerant RC318. The diameter of the compressor impellers is 63 mm. The compressor has a high-speed build-in drive, operating on the gas bearings with the maximum speed up to 45 000 RPM. On the basis of testing results the recommendations are provided for power efficiency determine of the compressors with cooling capacity from 20 up to 60 kV.
