W referacie - w świetle omówionych aktualnych przedmiotowych uwarunkowań prawnych i ekologicznych - przedstawiono założenia organizacyjne i technologiczne budowy oraz funkcjonowania modelowego zakładu przetwarzania zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego, jako jednego z istotnych elementów w logistyce postępowania z tego rodzaju odpadami.

In Poland problems connected with the waste of electrical and electronic equipment are regulated by the act of 29th July 2005 transposing to the Polish Law requirements of the Directives 2002/96EC of the 27th January 2003 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). This law is to assure the achievement of high level of selective collection on waste electrical and electronic equipment, imposing of number of obligations on people who introduce such equipment on the territory of Poland like organising the system of collection the used equipment or else the network of facilities which treating this equipment at an angle of success of required levels of the reuse and recycling and also reducing the quantity of waste from such equipment. In this report - in the light of talking currently objectives legal and ecological conditions organisational and technological construction and existing the model treatment facilities of the waste of electrical and electronic equipment, as one of the essential elements in the logistics of dealing with such like waste have been presented.

W referacie przedstawiono wymagane ustawami (z dnia 27 kwietnia 2001 roku o odpadach oraz z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o zużytym sprzęcie elektrycznym i elektronicznym) dokumenty - wraz z ich obiegiem wśród bezpośrednich oraz pośrednich uczestników procesu przetwarzania - na etapie eksploatacji zakładu przetwarzania zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego.

From the 21st October 2005 the law on waste electrical and electronic equipment came into force, transposing to the Polish Law requirements of the Directives 2002/96EC of the 27th January 2003 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). In the chain of connections - definite in above mentioned law - in the process of dealing with the waste of electrical and electronic equipment, the treatment facilities are engaged in the the key position close by collection point. In this report (from the Act of 27th April 2001) on waste, and the act 29th July 2005 on waste of electrical and electronic equipment) required of the law documents with their flow among direct and indirect participants of the treatment process - on the stage of the exploitation of the treatment facilities of the waste electrical and electronic were represented.
