Norma PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 spowodowała proces wdrożenia nowych wymagań dla systemu zarządzania jakością. Celem publikacji jest przedstawienie wyników badań dotyczących oceny stopnia zgodności z wymaganiami normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 podczas auditów jednostki certyfikującej. Podstawą badań empirycznych w podmiotach leczniczych są analizy raportów z auditów zewnętrznych. W sposób syntetyczny przedstawiono zmiany wynikające z nowego wydania normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 oraz wnioski z badań empirycznych w obszarze występujących niezgodności, obserwacji oraz potencjałów doskonalenia systemu zarządzania jakością. W podsumowaniu wskazano na skuteczny proces implementacji nowej normy zakończony rekomendacją do wydania certyfikatu.

The PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard resulted in the process of implementing new requirements for the quality management system. The aim of the paper is to present the results of research into the evaluation of a degree of compliance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard during audits in the certification body. The basis of empirical research in medical entities is the analysis of external audit reports. Changes arising from the new edition of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and conclusions from empirical research in the area of non-compliance, observations and the potentials of improvement in the quality management system are presented in a synthetic way. The conclusion points to an effective process of the new standard implementation, ending with a recommendation to issue a certificate.

In the study, there is presented the influence of Quality Management System and Environmental Management System on restructuring and globalization process of healthcare entities. In the first section, there arę presented legal requirements related to restructuring process, the objectwes of restructuring and increase in patients' satisfaction related to this process. Benefits from Quality Management System and Environmental Management System in relation to improvement of healthcare quality and cost reduction are also discussed in this part. Further in the study, the author considers the influence of globalization on medical services as the source of competitive advantage. The study concludes with the discussion on medical tourism and conclusions drawn from conducted analyses.
