W artykule omówiono aspekty dotyczące ryzyka i zarządzania ryzykiem w łańcuchu dostaw. Analiza ryzyka została przeprowadzona na przykładzie rzeczywistego przedsiębiorstwa będącego częścią łańcucha dostaw w sektorze produkcji i dystrybucji żywności. Analizy dokonano w oparciu o wytyczne zawarte w normach ISO serii 28000.

The author of the article discussed problem related to the risk in the supply chain. In the article ISO 28000 standard Has been presented as a sample tool with which it is possible to reduce the risk in the supply chain. The analytical part of the paper concerned the assessment of risk in the enterprise being a part of the food supply chain. The business that was put under analysis deals with the supply of food for the national and foreign markets. This part contains the description of the company and the results of the risk assessment process. It lists a couple of main areas where potential risk can occur: receiving goods in the company, storing, transporting, criminal activity and others.
