Przedmiotem badań były folie ścierne o różnych wielkościach ziaren. Porównano różne metody wyznaczania odległości pomiędzy wierzchołkami ziaren. Opisano zalety metody wyznaczania najbliższych sąsiadów za pomocą komórek Voronoi. Wyznaczono promień obszaru przypisanego najbliższym sąsiadom dla folii ściernych o określonej ziarnistości.

This is characteristic feature of films to superfinish, that the fragments of the tool which already contacted with the object worked are not again used. This causes that the spatial arrangement of grains decides on the surface of abrasive film about the technological potential of the tool. The features were estimated statistical spacings tool point of tools to superfinish. Abrasive films were the object of analyses about the various sizes of grains. The comparative analyses of the various methods of marking the distance among the tops of grains were conducted. The advantages of the method of marking the closest neighbours for the help of Voronoi cells were described. The ray of the area attributed the closest neighbours for abrasive films about the definite granulosis was marked.
