Są to bardzo ważne elementy opracowania, które uwzględniane będą w dokumentach poziomu regionalnego: planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego województwa, planach ochrony parków krajobrazowych oraz w wyznaczaniu stref ochrony krajobrazu na obszarach chronionego krajobrazu. Zalecenia zawarte w audycie krajobrazowym będą musiały być również respektowane w dokumentach planistycznych na poziomie lokalnym, tj. w studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego gmin i miejscowych planach zagospodarowania przestrzennego. W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano wyniki analizy porównawczej rekomendacji zawartych w audytach krajobrazowych i ustaleń zawartych w studiach uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego wybranych gmin.

These are very essential elements of the study which will be included in documents at the regional level in: the voivodeship spatial development plan, plan of the protection of landscape parks, delimitation of landscape protection zones in protected landscape areas. As well as the recommendations included in the landscape audit it will have to be respected in planning documents at the local level i.e. in: study of conditions and directions for the spatial development of the communes, local development plans. This article presents the results of the comparative analysis of the recommendations included in landscape audits and regulations in the studies of conditions and directions for the spatial development of the selected communes.
